for the past several months, the driver of the vehicle seen in this photo has repeatedly driven through our neighborhood [almost every friday and/or saturday night] honking the horn and/or stalking and/or menacing and/or harassing the neighbors; and even occasionally trespassing and/or banging on windows at night, but so far the sunnyvale and/or santa clara police departments have not done anything about it...i just happened to see this same vehicle pass by my surveillance cameras last thursday january 3rd, 2008 at just after 12 PM [notes: this same vehicle has been seen parked right near here, and was part of this same 'conspiracy of honkers' a few weeks back - the vehicle is actually a faded-dark black color, as the surveillance cameras change colors]...
> 3 feb 2008 - last friday night i saw the vehicle owned by "MYSTERY' HONKER #3 go by as i was parking my vehicle, so i followed it to an apartment complex at lillick avenue and lawrence expressway, where it then parked - the next day i went to these apartments and found two cars i have been mistaking for each other (see photos below) one with flowered-color seat covers and the other without - i then found the managers' office and told him what the owners of these vehicles have been doing over the past year, and he not only said "why don't you call the police?", but he also informed me that the owners of these two vehicles who have doing the harassment, are in fact related!? - so i told him i have called the sunnyvale police multiple times about this, and for some reason they refuse to intervene and/or question these people about this and this etc; and of course the santa clara police department -- on the other hand -- have spent the last year acting like the CCP (chinese communist party) talking about duck feeding they gave permission to do 8 years ago at a city council meeting (as a way to distract from the civil suit which i filed, accusing them of neglect to prevent, dereliction of duty and negligence etc) while all this madness has been raging in the background - i then told the manager i had taken photos of the vehicle license plates and the vehicles to post in a blog, and if this harassment continues i will call the police again - i later called the sunnyvale non-emergency hotline and told them about the situation...
