STATE-LAW CROSSWALK SIGNS

state law requires crosswalk signs to be installed within 500 yards of a school zone, and the crosswalks on dunford way are clearly eligible for one of these state-law crosswalk signs, so why is the city of santa clara dragging its' feet on this legal requirement (and the requirement to install a crosswalk handicapped ramp as well)?...

i have received 3 promises from SC traffic engineering with no action yet; so what's the matter? is the city of santa clara still mad cuz they couldn't incarcerated me for my vapid dissent and brazen duck feeding?...couldn't punish me by getting me raped in your jails by your homosexual-conspiracy, or what?...thought you shut me up 'for good', or what?...awww; that's too bad, yah fuckin' nazis!...

(low income folks are often seen as 'superfluous population' by government; people who are relatively useless because they do not sufficiently satisfy the appetite of the tax monster's endless black hole - but luckily 'they' have to let a few high profile people go free to allow the illusion of freedom of speech to exist here in america)

i'll tell you what; people use these crosswalks everyday, and i even saw a little girl almost get run over last week while crossing, so i hope the government isn't planning on their usual strategy of waiting until a fatality occurs to act - i even noted the legal requirement for the city of santa clara to install the necessary crosswalk signs back in june - go to:
http://likroper.com/superbirdlandarchive3.html > 14 jun 2006 / WHAT CROSSWALK SIGN? - and was literally thrown to the ground, bloodied up and arrested in the very same crosswalk a few hours after posting it!?...

and what about that crosswalk @ thunderbird avenue that i had to pull teeth to get installed? - the same crosswalk the city of sunnyvale promptly paved over when paving the street a few months later...yeh; that one...what was that all about and why hasn't the city of sunnyvale and/or santa clara re-painted it A YEAR LATER!?...and why didn't sunnyvale just pave the street right up to the crosswalk, then stop?...the pavement under the crosswalk was not compromised in the least...you didn't HAVE to pave over that crosswalk!...
