ACHTUNG!: since the federal government is apparently asleep at the wheel when it comes to civil rights matters; i have an open and shut case where my civil rights were repeatedly violated; exculpatory evidence [X] was TOTALLY ignored several times [by the SANTA CLARA CITY ATTORNEY; GEORGE HILLS INC. and ATTORNEY LOUIS AMADEO JR. etc]; intimidation and excessive force was utilized; several sunnyvale and santa clara police officers falsified police reports; a santa clara police officers' son and his gang of punks etc executed what essentially amounts to domestic terrorism on my place of residence for over a year with little or no police action taken [essentially amounting to involuntary torture and/or sleep deprivation -- see: GITMO -- a SERIOUS offense due to the fact that sleep loss can lead to terminal illness > i will be attempting to recover 50+ nights worth of lost sleep @ approximately $1000 per night + emotional distress coverage (to be negotiated at a later time)]; 'gang enhancements' for the out-of-control police activity experienced during my wrongful and/or false arrest in 2006 [10+ officers or so for a brazen duck feeder who got official permission to do so from the highest authority in the city of santa clara MANY YEARS before this; THE MAYOR at a year 2000 city council meeting -- because of this i plan on respectfully asking santa clara county district attorney DOLORES CARR to be REMOVED from the case; as any0ne who is married to a police officer is bound to be biased when it comes to judging police matters > interesting fact: SC county DA karen sinunu stepped down and/or was fired the same day as my wrongful arrest -- and i made an appearance at a sunnyvale city council meeting just a few months before this, bringing official attention to a very powerful and outspoken dissident -- and since our local leaders do business with those communist moral pygmies down @ YAHOO...]; dereliction of duty; defamation of character; discrimination; destruction of evidence (the video evidence of my year 2000 SC city council appearance was recently destroyed) etc etc etc...also; if possible; i want the various violent attacks incurred upon me to be legally characterized as non-consentual sexual attacks, because while i personally am a heterosexual and could easily have knocked ANY of my various attackers tiny little dicks into the proverbial dirt (but i don't involve myself in such nonsense ~ cuz i'm cool like that), ALL VIOLENT MEN who attack other men are essentially latent homosexuals who need to be registered as sex offenders (and that goes for officer pablo lopez as well) because violence often equals sex to the sexually oppressed > while i oppose california proposition 8; i also oppose violence as an answer -- read more - please send all legal-related correspondence to: email@likroper.com -- thank you...

UPDATE / 31 oct 2008 - years ago while out cruising the el camino real in santa clara; i saw an old friend who became a cop; in conversation he mentioned how he would sometimes park on the edge of his beat and read a book just to pass time, and yesterday i saw a sunnyvale cop parked with his parking lights on for at least an hour in the back of the patrick henry property -- was this officer simply reading a book and/or passing time, or was he and/or she on some sort of surveillance mission? and why wasn't he and/or she giving out speeding tickets on the street out front? -- all i can say is; it is a little bit suspect to see a cop sitting in patrick henrys' back parking lot so early in the morning (for the first time in over a year) the week after posting the above segment seeking out a lawyer for police abuse i have experienced -- and you know; why couldn't the sunnyvale police simply park outside my house like this and catch the people who were committing the various acts of domestic terrorism for over two years? -- or was he and/or she simply there to protect children walking to school? --- regardless; i have heard many children suffer from anxiety and take pharmaceutical drugs for help, but i think this paranoid children syndrome has alot to do with the way the world is protrayed on TV etc -- children are programmed to think that everyone they meet on the street is out to get them, when this couldn't be farther from the truth -- when are children going to be told the truth about the world; that most people are good-hearted, and the vicitmizers are more often than not the police who are sworn to protect and serve them? > CLICK HERE & AND HERE(the photos seen below are from the wrongful arrest by officer pablo lopez -- but not only i was given permission to feed ducks at a city council meeting back in the year 2000 [by the mayor of santa - gee; is this our local governments' way of encouraging civic involvement?] but also in 2007 by louis amadeo junior, who said he saw nothing wrong with the feeding of ducks -- also, some cops are good; special thanks to the santa clara police officer who was kind enough to record these injury photos)
