at 8:40 AM this morning the same red SUV as before (see EXCESSIVE SPEED posts below) traveled a little slower but still at an excessive rate of speed down thunderbird avenue towards lillick, and i'm beginning to see a pattern here so if the SVPD are not on it soon i will eventually get out and create a video as promised with my cool new MOTOROLA KRZR...
(i have a right to record and display any and all criminal activity which i see in this neighborhood, including speeding - so SLOW DOWN! - and the 9th amendment of the U.S. constitution appears to allow this...if you will; consider it an extremely mild form of citizen's arrest)
I WILL NO LONGER POST EVERY SPEEDING INFRACTION I WITNESS BY THIS RED SUV - I WILL INSTEAD POST ANY ADDITIONAL SPEEDING INCIDENTS IN THIS BLOG SEGMENT -
