I saw a program on TV about pre-civil rights era racist thugs who would ride around at night screaming etc, attempting to intimidate blacks at their residences, while the police did nothing to stop it; and this was held up as being an abhorent example of abuse of power; so why was it appropriate for the sunnyvale police department to test my patience by ignoring my MANY calls when the same kind of evil thing was occurring? > that's right; it clearly was not appropriate, and that's why i'm going to sue those worthless, self-serving bastards for all that i can! -- you know; i heard about some woman who got around $275,000 for merely being made to lift up her shirt and show her breasts to some cop, and she didn't even shed any blood during her crooked cop encounter! -- > see: institutionalized reverse racism and/or institutionalized racism [the same thing in reverse] > then go to: http://youtube.com/SVCRIME

TIMELINE : it all started when a neighbor lady gave the mighty LIK ROPER a leaked SCUSD flyer with plans for a major new building development at the peterson field -- mister roper took the flyer and immediately made copies, then posted them down at the gates of the peterson field, and continued to do so for quite a while -- he then started creating his own flyers on his computer, and proceeded to go house to house, placing them all over his neighborhood -- at one particular secret sunnyvale city council 'study session'; so many people showed up that the developer showed open anger about it as mister roper sat home watching some TV -- a few weeks after this particular meeting; bird spikes mysteriously appeared on a pole right near mister ropers' house, and a sunnyvale city worker later admitted the apparently opportunistic SV city council expedited the bird spike installation shortly after the study session!?

[in the end; roper distributed roughly 10,000 flyers and perhaps inadvertently stopped roughly 9 more developments up and down the el camino real in santa clara with the help of a group of inspired activists from the neighborhood (and was almost run over in front of his house one night just a few days before he received a letter of rejection from the city of santa clara for the lawsuit he filed against the city and/or the police department); making it particularly galling to hear officer seagrave's assertion that the mighty roper was somehow not a activist -- what a fucking JOKE! -- tell you what; mister roper has always known new-media journalists like himself (with no hearst mansion and/or knight-ridder and/or time-warner etc sugar-daddy) deserved just as much protection as any other journalist -- and mister roper has received substantial amounts of education, so he doesn't need any young or old hardliner lowly lawyer/judge and/or armchair psychologist cop to tell him whether or not he has freedom of speech; and/or how to interpret the obvious (and/or the first amendment) in some watered-down fashion; or anything else like that; and he's apparently not the least bit sorry about any of this]...

14 jun 2006 / RESISTING ARREST OR CITATION? ~ JOURNALIST KIDNAPPED BY SCPD! (updated 15 aug 2006) - after finishing my drum practice today (and just after finishing writing the damning segments seen above about the lake terrace apartments and negligence on the part of the city of santa clara) i went out to put some duck food right across the street where i have for a number of years - right under a duck crossing sign that both the cities sunnyvale and santa clara installed many years ago - and surprise!; up drives a car with two cops inside!; one was in semi-plainclothes, and one in uniform...they jumped out of the vehicle and immediately started to show me a piece of paper (a citation) stating that i am creating a nuisance at the lake terrace apartments by feeding ducks - the owner of the lake terrace wants to pave the pond, and i think these were essentially his thugs to push his selfish agenda through much like the police state which removed darryl hannah and other protestors from the urban gardens in los angeles yesterday...there were 700 arrest made in california that same day in a sweep, so the citation was just a bogus smokescreen; cops were on a rampage against the citizens of california that fine day, and i was one of their political targets...

WHO IS PENNY COLE?

PENNY COLE is a substitute teacher who supposedly works and/or worked for the SCUSD; a substitute teacher who used to show up at the peterson field back in 2004 when i was cleaning up litter and starting my campaign to save the field [i am an alumni of peterson high school, and have been running at this same field for about 20+ years, along with many people in this neighborhood who have chosen fitness over obesity] -- PENNY COLE is esentially a bush-administration brainwashed fool who likes talking about hating muslims, along with her entire family [according to her -- i never trusted her motivations, and always kind of suspected that she was stalking me and/or surveilling me; and as it turns out; she was] -- sometime after meeting her; i came out of my house and fed the ducks under a sign which the city of santa clara and sunnyvale both worked together to install, and up drove two rogue cops showing me a piece of paper from the lake terrace apartments, along with PENNY COLE standing on the sidewalk across the street from my house -- before i could say hello to these overzealous nazi fags; i was thrown down and bloodied up in the gutter, allowing potentially harmful bacteria into my open exzema wounds AFTER SEVERAL ATTACKS ON ME WHICH THEY PURPOSEFULLY IGNORED PILES OF EXCULPATORY EVIDENCE [police cannot make a misdemeanor arrest unless they actually witness the 'crime' in progess -- FACT: no crime was being committed at the time] -- i was then transported to the santa clara police station by a kind-spirited officer who knew something was awry; then let go a few hours later as inept officer PABLO LOPEZ read me my rights [way too late in front of his fuming commanding officer] THEN OFFICIALLY APOLOGIZED TO ME > [lopez only backed down once he learned i have money in the bank; money to file a lawsuit against him; the usual class-warfare government shit] > mister commanding officer knows this situation very clearly spells out LAWSUIT; so the santa clara police department have gone into protective mode ever since; to the point where it seems someone ordered me to be killed two days before receiving the rejection letter from the city of santa clara's professional [exculpatory evidence-ignoring] cover-up agency; GEORGE HILLS INC [i believe it was pablo lopez; colluding with local organized crime units; and possibly even using DoD-sponsored surveillance] > THEN! WHAT IS GANG STALKING? - Gang Stalking is also systemic form of control, which seeks to control every aspect of a Targeted Individuals life. Gang Stalking has many similarities to workplace mobbing, but takes place outside in the community. It called Gang Stalking, because the target is followed around and placed under intrusive and directed surveillance by groups of organised "Covert Human Intelligence Sources" also known as Citizen Informants 24/7. In Russia it was used by the state to declare activist, dissidents or anyone they thought to be an enemy of the state as mentally unfit and many were institutionalised using this form of systemic control - The closest thing to Gang Stalking that democratic countries have seen before this is McCarthyism, Cointelpro, and RED SQUAD programs. Red Squad programs were used for monitoring, and harassment of various groups. They have been in place for over a hundred years, and they also employed Covert Human Intelligence Sources.

Civilian Spies, also known as "Covert Human Intelligence Sources" are recruited from every level and sector of society. Just like with Cointelpro investigations, everyone in the targets life is made a part of this ongoing never ending, systemic psychological harassment and manipulation of the target. These actions are specifically designed to control the target and to keep them in line. These actions are also designed to destroy the target over years, make them look crazy and leave them with no form of support - For the targets of this harassment, Gang Stalking is experienced as a covert psychological, emotional and physical attack, that is capable of immobilizing and destroying a target over time. For the state it’s a way to keep the targets in line, control them, or destroy them.

Worldwide programs of control and conformity have been used with equal success and lethality. What we are seeing now is a global co-ordinated and organised effort of control and conformity. Many countries around the world are currently using a model of policing called: Community Oriented Policing. It's described as a systemic approach to policing. It focuses on instilling a sense of community within a geographically located neighborhood. Communities come together and discuss what values they would like to have in their community, community development, and it's also a time to discuss any problems that might be happening in a specific area. If a problem is identified an investigation might be opened. These local programs in many countries have been forming partnerships with other government run programs at, provincial, state and federal levels. The modern day systemic form of control could only be funded at higher governmental levels, just like it has in other societies where these similar types of harassment programs have been implemented. UPDATE / 31 oct 2008 - years ago while out cruising the el camino real in santa clara; i saw an old friend who became a cop; in conversation he mentioned how he would sometimes park on the edge of his beat and read a book just to pass time, and yesterday i saw a sunnyvale cop parked with his parking lights on for at least an hour in the back of the patrick henry property -- was this officer simply reading a book and/or passing time, or was he and/or she on some sort of surveillance mission? and why wasn't he and/or she giving out speeding tickets on the street out front? -- all i can say is; it is a little bit suspect to see a cop sitting in patrick henrys' back parking lot so early in the morning (for the first time in over a year) the week after posting the above segment seeking out a lawyer for police abuse i have experienced -- and you know; why couldn't the sunnyvale police simply park outside my house like this and catch the people who were committing the various acts of domestic terrorism for over two years? -- or was he and/or she simply there to protect children walking to school? --- regardless; i have heard many children suffer from anxiety and take pharmaceutical drugs for help, but i think this paranoid children syndrome has alot to do with the way the world is protrayed on TV etc -- children are programmed to think that everyone they meet on the street is out to get them, when this couldn't be farther from the truth -- when are children going to be told the truth about the world; that most people are good-hearted, and the vicitmizers are more often than not the police who are sworn to protect and serve them? > CLICK HERE & AND HERE

25 MPH ENFORCED?

many years back, the city of santa clara installed 25 MPH enforced signs on our street, but since then they have failed to enforce the speed laws as the signs so promised -- now the city of sunnyvale has installed state law crosswalk signs on the same street, but the city of santa clara has not followed suit by installing them where they are most needed (i was told a few years back by an SC traffic engineer that "it's a political issue", whatever that means) -- i called santa clara traffic engineering last week about this situation, and an engineer promised to re-paint a crosswalk and install a crosswalk sign, but apparently nothing has been done about it yet -- here are two videos which speak for themselves > EXHIBIT A & EXHIBIT B

yesterday i was coming home on el camino real in santa clara when i stopped to park in front of a store for a minute -- i came back out shortly after to find an SC cop parked behind my car about to write a ticket, so i told him i was just there for a minute and he said ok, and signaled for me to leave -- i then said something like "a judge probably wouldn't do anything about it anyway" (citing the lack of red paint on the curb) which caused him to change course and write the ticket -- he said something about me "getting smart" (yes, i am extremely intelligent - you got a problem with that?) -- i then asked if i could take care of this immediately, so he directed me to the santa clara police department...

i went down to the station to ask about paying the ticket, and while i was at it; i also put in a request for photos of my defensive injuries incurred during my wrongful arrest back in 2006 when the DA quit her job and/or got fired or whatever over the whole fiasco (because i was considering dropping my lawsuits against the city of santa clara and/or sunnyvale -- but not anymore!) and! if the photos are no longer available, THEY HAVE DESTROYED IMPORTANT PIECES OF DAMNING EVIDENCE...

QUESTION: why is the city of santa clara worried about one measly fire hydrant being blocked when they failed to construct a federally mandated water retention pond for emergency firefighting purposes at 1333 lawrence expressway; a pond which could save thousands of residences when water pressure is inevitably compromised after the next major earthquake? - UPDATE / 4 oct 2008 - due to the fact that i was half wrong in this situation; i likely could have fought this ticket and got the fine reduced in half, but i went ahead and paid the ticket anyway -- after all; the city of santa clara is going to be needing money when i sue them for my various civil rights violations...

last night right after i passed a spot on bluebird avenue where this truck was parked, i noticed a white car following me - i pulled to the side of the road to let the car pass, then followed it to lillick avenue - the car then made a U-turn and threw an egg from the vehicle, which hit my windshield - i went back to the same place on bluebird to find the car and take a photo [see license #4AZM928], then was followed again by this same car [which i left behind on lawrence expressway] -- i then called 911 and had the SVPD come out to take a report of the event, showing the officer a photo of the license plate [among other things i shall not mention] -- then today i noticed another egg splattered on my vehicle, and fireworks left on my property in an apparent unsuccessful arson attempt [see photo below]

NOTE: one day last summer, a vehicle with the license #6X12678 [which is owned by the son of a santa clara police officer] passed through a 19 mph zone near my house at an excessive rate of speed, causing me to show the driver my middle finger...

a few days later; about 20 tweenaged punks were roaming aroung outside my house desperately trying to look impending while riding scooters, of all things [what a joke! i've played drums at biker parties!] and inadvertently causing my long-time neighbor to sell his house shortly after this -- i later had a run-in with a rogue santa clara cop who was apparently covering up for the cops' sons' friends the night after my windshield had been shot at with a pellet gun - he said something like; "what are you doing? flipping people off?!" a few years back my neighbors' son was busted for being in a gang and was given two choices; go to prison or join the military - and he chose the marines -- it then occurred to me there must be a very real connection between the rise of the military, and the rise of gangs -- for instance; 1) both the military and organized crime reward people for their violence; 2) both organizations are based upon combative and territorial us-against-them mentalities; 3) both use intimidation to get their way, 4) both are run in a heavy-handed, top-down fashion with limited liberties and freedom of speech; and 5) both are at least partially funded through the use of extortion (see also: taxation) - adding to this, the decline in education funding leads directly to an increase in illiteracy, which leads directly to either the military/industrial complex and/or the prison/industrial complex (and/or the restaurant/industrial complex)...

and right after the person seen in this photo threatened to have me arrested for trespassing on public property which was leased on the condition local neighbors like me are allowed involvement as long as farm personell are present (which they were; therefore making this a breach of their agreement with neighbors; NEIGHBORS WHO THEY CANNOT DISCRIMINATE AGAINST - he's mad because i exposed his ground squirrel slaughter out in the peterson killing fields, and the officers [who were really cool] just warned me and left like i knew they would ~ i will get official permission to continue on at a later date if full circle fails to clean up their future messes, and i will be documenting all further messes in their pig pen);

the person seen in the photo then made further threats saying; "i know where you live"!? -- then tonight at around 11:45 pm, a large pickup truck (surveillance footage classified) purposefully screached to a stop, laying down a 20 foot long burner near my residence (see tread patterns in above photo) and luckily i was awake at the time - it was a large orange and white looking truck whose spineless occupants sped away, making a right turn on lillick drive going towards lawrence expressway - NOTE: the regular 'idiots-from-hell-who-need-to-get-a-life-and-grow-up' very well could be responsible for this latest terrorist attack, but because of what can be seen as a 'rapid response' to pig pen's threats, i have a sneaking suspicion...

THE PLOT THICKENS: i was out taking photos of the local superfund cleanup site when an old aquaintance walked by [see photo -- he is and aquaintance who has lived just around the corner for almost my entire life; notice that i did not call him a friend] in talking to him, i mentioned that various local punks have been focusing upon my place of residence causing vandalism etc for over a year now, and that some of that bullshit is coming from punks who live on his street...

he intially couldn't believe it, but then later admitted there is a gang of punks on his street, but they are friends of the sons of a santa clara police officer!? [in fact; the truck in this blog posting originated from that same police officers' house!? -- he then went on to say that i deserve the stalking, menacing and harassing that i experience, because of what i write in my web site! - click here]

i have been talking to someone lately who has done dirty work for every three-letter agency in the book; the CIA, FBI, DEA etc etc etc - this person has parachuted into foreign countries to do unspeakable things to people viewed as being 'trouble' to the united states (rebel leaders etc)...

after talking to this person; it occurred to me that activists here in america are much like rebel leaders in foreign countries; they are a problem to the powers-that-be in local government, and since they are doing business with moral pygmies; those activists need to be rooted out - this leads us logically and directly to the government harassment and misconduct i have experienced over the past few years...

NOTE: i asked my new clandestine source if activists here in america are seen in the same way rebel leaders in foreign countries are seen by the federal government, and he said quite simply; YES -- and somewhere along the way he also told me about how he specialized in making his government-sponsored murders look either accidental and/or someone else's fault!?...

you see; shortly after i passed out thousands of flyers to neighbors warning them of secret plans to pave the peterson field; i ended up with pigeon spikes on a light post near my home - likely the only light post with pigeon spikes in the entire city! and all for one particular activist...

i talked to a street worker who was installing street lights one day shortly after the spikes were installed, and he said the pigeon spikes were ordered through, and expedited by; THE SUNNYVALE CITY COUNCIL!? it turns out the council seized opon a crumb of neighborhood dissent to purposefully create more much needed division within our neighborhood [click here]...

NOTE: for about two years after passing out the flyers, i was frequently harassed by the sunnyvale police department for everything from picking up litter, to putting out safety cones in a crosswalk - a regular practice on STREETS WITHIN THE CITY OF SANTA CLARA'S JURISDICTION [click here] - but since putting up surveillance cameras, they rarely show up even when i call them...they incessantly showed up at my door when NOTHING ILLEGAL WAS OCCURING, but once i ended up being harassed by several other people other than cops [1 2 3 4 5 6 7] seemingly as payback...you see since the 911 conspiracy, cops think they can get away with murder, but they couldn't be farther from the truth because CIA + MOSSAD = 911 X X - habeas corpus never went away; it was just ignored for a minute...

anyway; one week after i filed a wrongful arrest lawsuit against santa clara police officer pablo lopez on june 14th, 2007 regarding an incident which had occurred exactly one year earlier [click here & here], he showed up at my front door with a gun, threatening me for filing a lawsuit against him [Section 1981 of Title 42 (Equal Rights Under the Law) & click here] and contained within the lawsuit was a video sequence of one of my various lame attackers ADMITTING TO HIS ATTACK [click here & here] and this smoking gun exculpatory evidence was ignored by not only GEORGE HILLS, INC - but also THE CITY OF SANTA CLARA and eventually even hearing officer LOUIS AMADEO JR!? NOTE: mister amadeo is a contract employee, so there is no way in hell he was going to give me a favorable judgement which could lead to a lawsuit and his eventual firing, making mister amadeo the wrong person to decide on a case like this...

furthermore; i called the sunnyvale police departments' non emergency hotline on the thursday before this happened, warning them of a gang of punks wandering through our neighborhood, and not only did they fail to show up, but they also blamed me for this attack by citing my freedom of speech as the source of my troubles!? (and they did this in front of several witnesses, one of which is the son of a veteran sunnyvale cop!?)

NOTE: while i have talked to the gang of punks from the court since this incident, i still think that one of their friends is responsible for the vandalism - it just rings in my head that cop saying "you're a troublemaker!" due to my filing of the lawsuit, so i am almost 100% certain that the SC cop 'brotherhood' got together and colluded against my actions - that is where the expression PIG originated from...

the following monday after this happened, i received my lawsuit rejection letter from george hills, inc - so is anybody stupid enough to think that this did not occur due to the lawsuit i filed? is anybody really stupid [and/or naive] enough to think that pablo lopez and/or these people did not have something to do with this? face it folks; we are a country in denial because shortly after 911, the FBI admitted to 25 years off actively destabilizing activists, and the USA patriot act made this dirty little secret into LAW!?

there were noises outside last night [friday 13 jun 2008] at around 10:30 pm, so i went out and surprised the people in this car with a camera flash, which caused them to drive off -- they came right back again, so i got fed up and called 911, causing an officer to show [there were at least 2 females in the vehicle -- which had its' license plates covered -- and a male who appeared to be named "alexander" who was apparently giving orders to the girls] then at about 3:30 am i first heard, then went out and saw what appeared to be this same vehicle driving down the street with a bunch of people yelling and honking, and this yelling was also heard a minute or two later around the block over near the bluebird drive section of santa clara - NOTE: little do these people know; they are doing nothing more than help me win a lawsuit against the city of sunnyvale and/or santa clara for their neglect to prevent etc...

last night at around 10 pm, i went outside after lifting weights and saw the usual roper-obsessed freaks driving by the residence [click here and/or see photos of vehicles above] so i documented the event, and rode my bike to the local pub - i came home at around 3 am and it turns out my room mate was awakened to a loud 'THUMP' on the side of the house at around 12:45 am [surveillance footage pending] after going outside, the usual group of mindless succubi teenagers were apparently seen outside once again, doing their same nonsense of driving around the block in circles and honking their horn, but this time they threw couch cushions in the yard [of all things] and a definite license plate number was attained as well [#4MCB534 - it's apparently the same radicalized pre-military recruitment bush-era tweenagers who were involved in this incident] so not only was the license plate number given to officer pistor of the sunnyvale PD [who showed up shortly thereafter] but case #EV08-146-020 was also assigned to the incident - QUESION: since gangs often use tweenage girls and boys to do their 'work', is it time for another new tweenage curfew here in the santa clara valley?

last weekend i came home at around 3 AM and found a large rock sitting under the light post across the street (see photo) the next day i told a neighbor about the rock, then moved it back to where it came from in his front yard...

then last night at around 10:45 PM, i heard some noises outside and came out to find a car careening down the wrong side of the street aiming for a group of local teenagers who were walking along the sidewalk - the teens said the people in the car that tried to run them down not only tried to steal the duck crossing sign which is attached to the light pole where the rock was left the week before, but they also shot a paint ball gun at them as they passed by as well - they gave a detailed description of the vehicle and the occupants inside, which included two females and at least one male - and since the light post in question is under surveillance, i will be reviewing the footage and any passing on any useful information to the SVPD - read more

yes; there are many kind folks who have adopted cats from animal shelters, so what if every person in this neighborhood decided to have one outside cat? well, first off; 1) the 'evidence suppression unit' of the santa clara police department who used my attackers as 'witnesses to duck feeding' got busted in a recent METRO MAGAZINE article; and due to the lack of an effective environmental council here in the silicon valley; 2) local 'good democrats' in government [santa clara and sunnyvale] have not only turned a blind eye -- but also joined in on the federally-sponsored ecoterrorism during the last 8 years of anti-environmental bush administration -- so we now not only have severely degraded environmental protection standards here in SUPERBIRDLAND!, but also local 'good democrats' in office who need to be booted from public dis-service for all time...

The bottom line: these ducks are not wild, but they are also not domestic -- in fact; there is no official classification for them because they are somewhere in between, just like you should be when it comes to voting and/or politics in general...

on the morning of june 23rd 2007, i found the burned remains of a paper bag with what appeared to be dog shit in it on my doorstep (something mister olenak's son danny once did to a neighbor down the street, causing then young danny and his partner in crime to be separated, which makes me wonder...)

anyway, i heard the doorbell ring the night before, but didn't bother answering it - then sometime after finding the burned bag the next morning, i heard a loud screach just outside my window (see skid marks in photo)...

i went out with my camera and found a white mitsubishi [with the license plate #3HTB212 - see photo] stopped in the middle of the street in front of many neighbor witnesses, with a barefoot guy (who looked alot like the guy with the license # ALIBABA) panicking as his girlfriend or whatever tried desperately to get the car running again...

i pointed at the skid marks and said something like; "what's this all about!?" and the girl shouted back; "we're looking for our dog!", but it didn't occur to me until recently that this reference to "her dog" was likely either a conscious -- or unconscious -- reference to the burned bag of dog shit on my porch! (for the record; i went out later that same night to santa cruz and had a great time)

NOTE: i knew i was going to post the photos seen above eventually, but i did not know when...until i got home tonight and found another paper bag on my doorstep (i took a photo of it but i will refrain from discussing it in detail at this time - i will say this; these geniuses deposited the latest doorstep bag right in front of one of my surveillance cameras! stupid fools!) but instead of dealing with it myself, this time i called SVPD and they carefully took the bag away to their evidence lab to be analyzed - i got a good impression from both police officers, they were very professional and seemed genuinely concerned about the situation...

i heard a blip this morning so i went outside with my camera and saw a policeman on a motorcycle that had just pulled over a speeder! GOOD JOB!?

According to a Santa Clara Police Department Incident Report, officers received a disturbance call from Valero Gas Station/Speedy Oil Change on Homestead Road. It says that the suspects who were stopped, including Karim, were associated with a house on Princeton Street which was labeled a "Nuisance Suppression Project."

The Santa Clara police, as explained in the report, were taking a "focused problem-solving approach to any and all activities by people associated with, or in and about, the area of that residence." The arresting officer writes that he told one of the youth detained in the incident that the police were going to "stop the nuisance" behavior of those associated with the house...

The officers responded to the call around 6pm. A man had approached Karim and two of his friends, and said the bike that Karim's friend was sitting on belonged to his son. There was a verbal confrontation, then a tug of war with the bike. At some unidentified point, the man's finger was broken. Officers who knew Karim and the two other youth as being associated with the "nuisance house" arrested them. According to an investigation by private investigator Anthony Castaneda, who was hired by Franco, there were multiple eyewitnesses to the incident who said that Karim never touched the man; however, these witnesses told Castaneda they were denied an interview by police. Michael Daniher, the 31-year-old manager of the Speed Oil Change located at the gas the station, told Castaneda that while he saw the whole incident, he never saw Karim make any physical contact with the man in question. Daniher also said that he heard one of the officers tell the youth that he was going to, "do everything he can to get them out of Santa Clara." i just happened to see this same vehicle pass by my surveillance cameras last thursday january 3rd, 2008 at just after 12 PM [notes: this same vehicle has been seen parked right near here, and was part of this same 'conspiracy of honkers' a few weeks back - the vehicle is actually a faded-dark black color, as the surveillance cameras change colors]...

JIMMY'S CROSSWALK

when i posted this segment on my SUPERBIRDLAND! web page asking for a legally required state law crosswalk sign, not only was i concerned about various children crossing while going to school - but i was also concerned about old jimmy, who uses the crosswalk almost every day - i have witnessed speeding vehicles nearly hit him various times, and the santa clara police not only repeatedly refused to respond to my complaints, BUT THEY ALSO ARRESTED ME TO COVER IT UP! - and how do i know this? i got sick and tired of those negligent bastards doing nothing whatsoever about the collective concerns of this neighborhood, so i placed a LIKROPER.COM sticker on one of the poles at the old police vehicle entrance down at city hall (see photos below)...

since then i filed a lawsuit for civil rights violations on the part of the santa clara police department, and for the excessive force used during the wrongful arrest, leading to illegal retliatory measures by the city, but this did nothing more than deepen the courtroom muck for the city to $ift through later (click here - the hearing officer, being a part-time employee, probably gave the city a favorable judgement just to keep his cool $75 per hour once-a-month hearing officer job)...

anyway, i have recently seen traffic counting devices in the city of santa clara and sunnyvale (see photos below) but THEY HAVE MYSTERIOUSLY TURNED UP EVERYWHERE BUT IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD! - i have had traffic counter devices put out a number of times on our street, and usually they put them out on the days when there is the least traffic, then take them away when the real traffic starts...

(interesting fact: regardless of the nine vehicles which have plowed up onto our property over the years, two petitions for speed humps on my street have been denied by the santa clara city council)

i also recently talked to some santa clara city street workers (see photo below) and they promised to tell their boss about my request for a state-law required crosswalk sign - i even told them about old jimmy - but so far there has been no action taken on the part of the city of santa clara...

ZERO TRAFFIC TOLERANCE LEVELS - since there is no way of telling if the city is rigging the numbers on these traffic counters to give them desirable results, the results these boxes reveal should be treated like voting machine results, perhaps by securing the counter boxes with secret combination locks...

On thursday september 6th, 2007 an administrative hearing (regarding a $50 ticket issued to rebel duck feeder lik roper) was held at the city of santa clara - officers gabby seagrave and pablo lopez used 4 of lik roper's attackers as 'witnesses to duck feeding' (laughable) and two of the attackers even had the gall to show up at the hearing (click here - see men in photo) - the hearing officer louis amadeo, jr. said he saw nothing wrong with mister roper's actions, yet ultimately decided against him anyway!? (due to a fit thrown by seagrave - political payback is a bitch [named gabby seagrave]) - the opposition's witnesses were; 1) denise olenak, a local painter with a bad attitude who has always sort of been non-existent in neighborhood affairs; 2) terry kraemer (a red-faced, drunk and balding dude from down the street) and; 3) fred olenak (these men are two of roper's attackers - click here); and 4) virginia olenak even showed up to whine and complain a bit as well...

Two years ago, outrage over the brutal slayings of several ducks at a Campbell car wash generated more than $17,000 in donations for a reward fund, but the duck killer was never caught, and now the Delta Queen Car Wash will donate the money to animal welfare organizations (click here) So, why are the ducks in this neighborhood (see DUCK XING photo) not being protected with the same kind of intensity applied by the Campbell Police Department (click here), and why are two Santa Clara police officers now harassing Lik Roper for championing those same ducks (which he has a legal right to do) while using two of his attackers as 'witnesses to duck feeding' (see other photo) which has gone on for the last 10+ years with blessings from the ex-Mayor of Santa Clara? - You know; why wasn't the owner of the Campbell car wash told that he was putting ducks at risk, I mean after all; those ducks are at a car wash!? - Why is no one alarmed about this? - And! why is Michael Vick in trouble for abusing animals ~ at the same time Lik Roper is being asked to abuse animals by denying them of food? What is the City of Santa Clara thinking? Are they suffering from some sort of incurable cranial/posterior syndrome, or what? Anyway, the two men seen in the photo have a real problem with my in/unalienable rights and freedoms, and my pursuit of happiness, yet; they use their freedoms for violent attacks on others (gee, no wonder the Santa Clara Police like them - violence within society legitimizes violence within the police culture as one tends to feed the other, even though violence in any shape or form is unacceptable in a civilized society [Hollywood])...

Their beer drinking buddy moved out of the rental house where the duck crossing sign is, and even though the beer drinking renter loved and protected the ducks for years, when he found out he had to move, he and the balding man seen to the left in the photo went berzerk and attacked me while spraying down the property across the street...

LUCKILY, DUCKS CAN'T READ - This sign recently popped up on a tree close to the DUCK XING sign, and the lady who put the sign up initially told me she was afraid of Mr. Olenak's intimidation and wanted the duck feeding to stop, now she had a death in the family and is making hasty decisions she should not be making while grieving - When my brother died in a head-on collision, I tried to do something pro-active by having speed humps installed, but not only did the city of Santa Clara balk at my attempts to do so; but even some of my closest neighbors did not support it - So, I sort of understand her particular feelings, but what about my feelings or the ducks' feelings? You know; how about if she goes without food along with the ducks? How about that? She must be a pretty selfish lady if she loses sight of all else but herself during times like these; I think it sort of shows what she is really like as a person (click on photo)

This family first allowed me to feed the ducks because they are allergic to animals and couldn't have any real pets, but the problem is that they apparently have no idea what real dedication it takes to be a good caretaker of animals - The weird thing is that these people are supposed to be bleeding heart democrats who care about civil liberties, civil rights, the environment and wildlife etc, but so much for that romantic notion - I'm sorry to say that there are many other people in this heavily democratic voting bloc who are just as dangerously non-chalante when it comes to these same issues...

The truth is; Santa Clara County lags far behind other counties such as San Francisco and San Mateo County (for instance) when it comes to environmental and/or wildlife protections and/or habitat restoration etc, and this likely has alot to do with our local semiconductor industry and its' influence on politics - Gee, could our relative non-chalance towards environmental matters here in the Santa Clara Valley have anything to do with the fact that we have too many computers and too much cement, and not enough open space? - I mean, after all; this valley is a near environmental dead-zone after the internet boom of the 1990s...

Anyway, the lady put up some other sign babbling on about her self-absorbed nonsense, but i do not intend to read it because what I don't know clearly won't hurt me...

And I hate to say this but; between my sister; the Mayor of Santa Clara saying this; the ex-Mayor doing this; Sgt. Seagrave having obvious hatred, bias and malicious intent towards me, with no respect for a hearing judge's opinion (note: when my lawsuit against the City of Santa Clara hits the county level, Seagrave will be added along with Lopez, because both she and Lopez colluded to bring in two of my attackers and used them as 'witnesses', and one of these 'witnesses' [Mr. Olenak] admitted to his attack at the hearing in front of two of my witnesses!? - I also brought in a file of suppressed evidence the morning of the hearing which the the officers purposefully omitted to guide the case the way they wanted - Lopez and Seagrave will be lucky if they have jobs next month - and the hearing officer who purposefully ignored the evidence is no better than Lopez and Seagrave if you ask me); and another lady doing this (see photo on tree) I now have serious doubts regarding the future of women in politics, as they are showing themselves to be just as screwed up as men have proven themselves to be, and twice as indecisive (men naturally protect women and children first; but women - on the other hand, tend to protect women and children first - you know; if the lady across the street got attacked 5 times, someone would have been arrested by now, so why has no one been arrested yet? - it really shows what an evil and selfish bitch she is, focusing on the duck feeding instead of the various attacks; and what an screwed-up and unfair justice system we have here in this county (in fact; Santa Clara County has the worst justice system in the state) - I have always thought that while these people are fairly nice, they are also secretly snobbish, condescending, self-centered, insulting yuppy scum folks who look down their noses at you, and have never bent over to pick up a piece of garbage in front of their house, because they are above it, but I was always nice to them so I could feed the ducks - as far as I am concerned, they can go fuck themselves along with Seagrave and Lopez - if they don't give a fuck about my life, I don't give a fuck about theirs - so much for community relations)...

While women can legally be entirely dictatorial in their male/female relationships (or female/female relationships as with Seagrave), this never plays out well in the political arena...

NOTE: While I might vote for Nancy Pelosi for President (for example); the general fickle, PMS-affected nature of most/many females makes them an unfit and/or unstable foundation for a society seeking decisiveness, fairness and consistency - And even though the verdict from the male hearing officer ultimately went against the feeding of the ducks, the general feeling I got from him was that he saw nothing wrong with the feeding of ducks, and he actually came out and said this - He said I seemed like "a very caring person" (which I obviously am) but! he was probably just mis-interpreting the law once again to save the City of Santa Clara money on an expensive lawsuit which at this point they cannot win because of Mr. Olenaks' loose lips (LOOSE LIPS ~ SINK SHIPS) and like I said before; I have witnesses (other than deaf and dumb cops) to his loose lipedness...Oh yes, and as the letter from the hearing officer was being delivered by the postal worker along with the rest of the mail, a Santa Clara PIG cruised by, as if to say; "we know what's in your mail", and this was likely done to essentially give that letter a little more bush administration inspired nazi police-state 'umph' - and because of this; I have reported the various aforementioned police abuses to the FBI public corruption hotline - (related link)

during the spring of 2006, i was attacked various times while feeding ducks, but for some reason the local police failed to arrest anyone!? - i was then wrongfully arrested and/or had my civil rights violated by santa clara police officer PABLO LOPEZ , and filed a lawsuit one year to the day after this event against the city of santa clara and/or officer lopez (a latina lady received a quiet out of court settlement of $44,000 for merely being made to shake her breasts in front of a cop; but i got attacked various times with no arrests made, then thrown to the ground and bloodied up by cops - so where's my quiet out of court settlement? - oh yeh i forgot, i'm a caucasian) and although i had not heard from the santa clara police department for an entire year after this (initial bungled character assassination attempt); officer PABLO LOPEZ tried to intimidate me by showing up at my door with a gun one week after i filed the complaint, telling me i would be arrested if i ever fed the ducks again in santa clara (even though; a] the assistant santa clara county D.A. took an official leave of absence from her job the day of the wrongful arrest; b] no charges were ever pressed against me; and c] officer pablo lopez apologized to me upon my release from the holding cell - etc) - i then requested a hearing regarding a $50 ticket i later received for feeding ducks, and (in another bungled character assassination attempt) the santa clara police department fabricated evidence to cover up their own misdeeds, then used one of my attackers, MISTER FRED ONELAK (see photo above) as their only witness!? (worry not; various allied members of the community are attending the hearing on my behalf)...

the first time officer lopez came to my door with officer seagrave, i told him that mister olenak had made threats towards me, and officer lopez's response was; "what? are you afraid of him?" - then! after waking up to a broken windshield this morning, i noticed an extremely expensive looking bright green sports car going up and down the street very slowly and acting suspicious, so i went in to check my video footage to see if i recorded the culprits who broke my windshield (footage i am still reviewing)...

then tonight i heard the usual group of stupid teens driving up and down the street honking their horns, so i went outside and flashed my camera at the cars as they parked down the street - i then saw a santa clara cop sort of driving around erratically out of his jurisdiction in sunnyvale territory, so i waved him down and he eventually stopped and got out of his car - he immediately had a bad attitude towards me and looked like he was wired on speed or something, insinuating that i was a troublemaker (just a few hours ago i posted in the header section of this blog "don't bother calling the santa clara police department, they are a crooked organization") - he insinuated that what i write in my web site or blog could be causing my trouble, then pointed his flashlight at my surveillance devices on the side of my house - like; what am i trying to do here, solve a crime or something? - yer damn right, asshole!...i know my rights and i can take any photo i want in the public domain, and if you don't shut up, i'll start posting videos of cops showing what they are and/or aren't doing in this neighborhood, got it?...

so here i have been attacked several times with no arrests made (click here), my car recently had boulders thrown through the back windows, and last night my windshield was apparently shot with a BB gun, AND I AM A TROUBLEMAKER?! (more like MUCKRAKER and this is a country called AMERICA with something called THE FIRST AMENDMENT, SO GO FUCK YOUR PIGGY SELF!) and adding to all of this, four neighborhood cats got slashed to death a few weeks back (read related story), and thefts have been occurring in this neighborhood as well, so this is a very serious matter...

anyway, during my conversation with this idiot cop, a gang of young punks on foot came out of the court behind my house, the same place this santa clara cop just came from, which is not in his jurisdiction - apparently they have friends over on bluebird avenue (and a santa clara cop friend providing cover for them) and they are likely angry that i went house to house yesterday putting up flyers requesting the sunnyvale police start an undercover operation in this neighborhood to find the people behind this latest criminal activity - well i say TOO FUCKING BAD, because i'm sick of this bullshit and i'm going to put an END to it! (i then promptly called the FBI public corruption hotline, and also called the santa clara cops' night supervisor to report this abuse of power)...

then right after this idiot cop left the scene, as i was talking to the sunnyvale 24-hour non-emergency hotline, a car of mindless teens drove by again honking their horns, and threw a watermelon onto the street - luckily my neighbors chased down the car and got it's license number - they then gave the license number to the sunnyvale police who eventually showed up at the scene - apparently the vehicle in question went to lillick and thunderbird, then parked where some deranged punk lives (the same punk who came to my door and woke up the whole house at 2 am a few years back) and i have a suspicion he may have something to do with some of this mindless nonsense...

NOTE: the 'friends' i had in this neighborhood back in the mid 70s and early 80s were some of the biggest fuck-ups this side of the mississippi river, so what is happening around here as of late is like nothing in comparison, and certainly nothing new - and even though it seemed kind of fun at the time, as i look back, while i was the more mellow and conservative one of my neighborhood high school 'gang' so to speak, i feel now that much of what my more radical friends did was wrong - so i vow to NEVER let it get back to the way it was in this neighborhood EVER AGAIN...

i saw a sunnyvale police squad car in the neighborhood at around 6 am yesterday as i went running, and i just wanted to say that traffic and/or speeding will increase when school starts in september, and the best time to patrol for speeding is between 8-9:30 am in the morning - and 5-7 pm at night (but! the main problem our neighborhood faces at the moment is teen-related, and happens at night between dusk and 3 am - since gangs are well known for using underaged teenagers to do their dirty work, is it time for another teen curfew here in the santa clara valley?)...

FRIEND OR FOE? i like to think that sunnyvale cop was there to protect and serve, but i am so used to them trying to intimidate me for my political activities and/or my watchdog activities regarding the peterson field wildlife situation, that i find it hard to believe this is the case - it could have something to do with this, as many cops are part of a brotherhood of sorts, but that's just too damn bad isn't it? - the bottom line: john lennon may have been scared about being monitored for his political activities, but i am not - if someone wants my fear, they haven't got it...

i was going to meet a few friends at denny's after karaoke, but 'luckily' i came home for a minute first instead at around 2 am this morning, and as i was going into the house i heard a loud thumping noise coming from the side yard - i went out to the street and two vehicles (a very large SUV type vehicle with what appeared to be multi-colored paint and a lights on the side, along with a much smaller car following it) came rushing around the corner - as i grabbed my camera phone and attempted to take a photo, the lead SUV vehicle literally tried to run me over, but luckily i moved out of the way just in time - i checked my vehicle and noticed damage, so i immediately called the police and for some reason kept getting santa clara dispatch instead of sunnyvale, and they apparently hung up on me twice - about a half hour to an hour later, the sunnyvale police finally showed up, and as i waited for them to arrive, i printed up all my NEIGHBORHOOD COPWATCH evidence of the various people who have harassed and stalked me at my property over the last few months and years, then gave it all to the police officers for evaluation (for some reason, the caucasian officer on the scene blantantly ignored my blog evidence and acted like a drill sargeant, but fortunately the cool african american officer took notes about it) i have a suspicion that at least some of the people who are involved in this know each other - mister drill sargeant suggested that i change my routine on the weekends, because maybe this vandalism has something to do with the bar i go to every weekend; maybe someone at the bar is mad at me or something...hmmm...the two vehicles involved did make a right turn on teal drive as they left, heading back towards the bar...i never thought of that, that's a possible angle to look at, and i'm glad he suggested it because since i actually saw the two vehicles, i will go back to the bar next week with new eyes; on a little investigative mission of sorts - as they left; the police took notes on my evidence for their own investigation, and promised to patrol the neighborhood more frequently...

NOTES: at roughly 2 am, the two vehicles involved sped down teal drive towards el camino real, which they likely crossed - and since at least some of the intersections along el camino have cameras monitored by the police department, i suggest checking all the camera images from about 1:45 to 2:15 am along el camino real - look for two vehicles travelling together; one very large and one noticably much smaller - it shouldn't be difficult to spot...

and even though a phone cop recently doubted SVPD involvement; i heard from the brother of a sunnyvale cop that officers are constantly monitoring cameras at some main intersections around the city - placing cameras at main intersections where people come in and out of their neighborhoods is ok by me, but it might be a good idea to instead record 24/7 without human monitoring to free up officers for other tasks, then get court orders to obtain video segments in an emergency...

neighborhood residents can purchase DIY SWANN brand surveillance kits at fry's electronics for around $500 - the one i bought has 4 night-vision cameras, a receiver, a hard drive and extension cables - i plan on accessing and/or monitoring the system only in the event of a crime, otherwise i will periodically erase footage from the hard drive - if neighborhood residents make a surveillance perimeter at key intersections around their neighborhood, then video information could be shared around the community in case of emergency - i generally believe it is much better to empower common citizens with no sinister underlying government agenda or motive with surveillance, than it is to allow questionable government interests to peer at our communitys' private parts...

ANIMAL CRUELTY AND THE TOUGH LADY COP

i went outside today and noticed that mister olenak had poured some kind of foreign substance in the duck food across the street, duck food someone else has been putting out even though supposedly someone saw me do it (see: hearsay evidence) gee, all i can say is; why do witnesses matter now? when i was attacked by various people last year, no one wanted to talk to any witnesses, now all of the sudden witnesses matter?! (see: ignoring exculpatory evidence)

anyway, it was the same biased lady cop Sgt. X13 ~ G. Seagrave who came by last time, but this time around she gave me a $50 ticket for 'keeping of certain animals', a law which i have pointed out over and over clearly does not apply to this situation (see: Thursday, June 21, 2007 blog post: SCUSD COVER-UP - KILL 'EM ALL!?); she drove up and saw me pouring water on the duck food that mister olenak tainted with detergent, and believe it or not, she finally lightly slapped mister olenak's hand by warning him not to pour anything into any duck food anymore!?

unfortunately; this is too little too late, as they should have warned mister olenak when he initially made threats before his attack ~ not after, and their failure to prevent the attack is the crux of my lawsuit against them...

i explained to her that my obstinance has alot to do with their negligence - in other words; if they had decided to arrest my various attackers last year when the violence occurred, then i would have a little more respect for them - but since they did not even slap the hand of ANYBODY, they are going to hear about it...

Sgt. Seagrave came to the front door to talk to me, but ultimately ignored everything i said and finally left, convinced i was going to just back down and pay up (which would be an admission of guilt) BUT NO! she said that the city really doesn't want to drag it into court because it costs the city money, so i say LET'S DRAG THIS SUCKER INTO COURT! - i'll gather all my witnesses and paperwork and go in there and have these people for lunch! i can't wait! (and besides; i haven't even heard back about my lawsuit claim against the city of santa clara for their various indiscretions, and even if some santa clara-friendly judge takes part in the evidence cover-up (which i kind of expect) i plan to appeal it UNTIL THE END OF TIME!...

as far as i am concerned; at this point, the legality regarding this situation is still in limbo, and if you ask me; the city of santa clara's questionable actions are nothing more than an admission of guilt on their part...

this is really ultimately a health issue, because if the ducks fail to get proper nutrition, it could lead to infectious diseases which could in turn affect both human and animal populations - so until viable habitat is restored for the ducks, they absolutely must be cared for in the same way all other animals are cared for; in a humane fashion...

SCUSD COVER-UP - KILL 'EM ALL!?

i went down to the peterson field this morning to run at the track and noticed SCUSD maintenance workers covering-up ground squirrel burrows with dirt from a large truck - i eventually approached the workers with a video camera and asked them what they were doing to the ground squirrels, and one of the workers jumped out of the truck and said this...

the SCUSD has a long record of abuse against animals (click here) so attention absolutely must be drawn to this story to bring an end to this heartless cruelty once and for all...

after witnessing this event and returning home to secure the video evidence gathered, i found two plain clothes santa clara cops at my front door asking me about duck feeding again - as you all probably know; i was attacked several times while feeding ducks and the police never arrested anyone regardless of my evidence gathered (click here)...

the santa clara PIGS at my door have everything to do with a lawsuit i filed against the city of santa clara last week regarding discrimination, violating their oath by failing to protect and serve, wrongful arrest, violation of civil rights statutes, etc etc etc...

(i probably got officer pablo lopez in trouble, and now he's pissed off - but that's just too damn bad, now isn't it? i realized later that i made what he probably considers a 'plea bargain' to get out of jail; but what i really made was essentially an agreement under duress to my abductor during an illegal extraordinary duck feeder rendition, so until they come up with a valid ordinance that applies to this situation, as far as i am concerned the city of santa clara doesn't have a pot to piss in, because the ducks will be back next year and they will continue to be cared for; PERIOD - i told you all before that i would rather be shot dead than sacrifice my civil liberties and/or freedoms by sitting in jail for one more minute for feeding ducks i received official permission to feed - you know; the US government needs to realize that there are some things they cannot stop, and compassion is one of those things - so they can [and probably will] continue on being the demonically possessed monsters they are, but they just need to LEAVE ME OUT OF IT, thanks! - you see; this may seem a little weird to some of you out there, but i knew that when i posted this on 21 jun 2007, there would be some sort of 'repercussive payback' so to speak; as one cannot do good deeds for the universe without reprisal from 'the dark side' - and basically; i looked straight into the face of evil when that SCUSD maintenance man said "we're gonna kill 'em all!" (and also when pablo lopez showed up at my door with his gun, and no; this is not some sort of delusionary statement from a religious fanatic, quite simply; there is good and evil and the only law is 'do what you will but harm none', and both of these people had clear intent to harm - if there is a devil, it is within devolution) and while we all generally want a diverse police force, sending a lesbian and latino cop to talk to a caucasian duck feeder opens the door for reverse sexism/racism - for example; i really don't care if the SF chronicle recently ran a feel-good article about a lesbian SF cop, there is another side to things; if i was mister olenak's lesbian daughter and got repeatedly attacked, the lesbian cop would not be ignoring and/or suppressing my gathered evidence - and the same goes for the latino cop, who would have warned or even arrested mister olenak for making his threats early on if i was a latino - also; 1) if i was an old lady; someone would have been arrested; and/or 2) if i was an old man; someone would have been arrested; and/or 3) if i was a black man; someone would have been arrested; and/or if i was a teenage girl; someone would have been arrested - so why has no one been arrested? [can anyone say "discrimination"? - how about "political retaliation"? - hmmm...i didn't think so] tell you what; i have already called the office of the california attorney general, so if our cop-lovin' santa clara county DA decides to obstruct justice by covering-up her cop husbands' violent conspiracy, i plan to appeal her decision as well)

anyway; they brought up ordinance 6.15.010 (which clearly does not apply to this situation) then ordered me to stop feeding ducks in the city of santa clara blah blah blah - the city of santa clara will stop at nothing to retaliate and intimidate whistleblowers, and this is just further proof -- as they left i said "i'll see you in court!" (they even insinuated that i was 'creating a nuisance', when the only real nuisance i know of is the excess traffic travelling to and from the various SCUSD properties; traffic which our neighborhood has been complaining about for years - and this just happens to be the same traffic that is 'inconvenienced' by the presence of ducks crossing the street in front of city-installed duck crossing signs!? - question: if a commercial enterprise like 7-11 would not be allowed to do business at the patrick henry property -- mainly due to traffic congestion issues -- why are several entities allowed to do the same? - and what about the MASSIVE nuisance the city of santa clara is planning on shoving down our neighborhoods' collective throat with the proposed new 8 story mixed-usage KOHLS structure? X)

(i will now be starting a campaign educating apartment dwelling folks about animal rights and/or human rights and/or the protection of civil liberties and/or civil rights - not encouraging, but also not discouraging further duck feeding at the apartments so our beloved ducks can be cared for in a compassionate fashion - and isn't it a bit strange that people can get away with poisoning ground squirrels, violently attacking duck feeders, lying to investigators, ignoring exculpatory evidence and violating civil rights statutes etc - but i can't feed the ducks?...hmmm - i think those little SC piggies need to go f#%k themselves - and as for the democrats in control of the city of sunnyvale and/or santa clara; all this green this and green that is leading to the inevitable; the green party taking your shit over, so i think both of your crooked backscratching political parties better get with the program or get the f#%k out of our faces, cuz we don't need any more bullshit than we already have, got it?) related story: X

first off; 1) the said animals (ducks) originate from and/or are being officially 'maintained' by (and/or are being 'kept' by) the various apartment complexes in the surrounding area; and - 2) both the city of sunnyvale and santa clara installed the duck crossing signs many years ago which clearly permit such said animals and/or fowl to run at large upon the street (and inadvertently upon the property of any other person); - 3) the various apartment complexes in the area likely have no permit to 'keep' the said animals in question (and/or realistic ability to 'keep' these said animals in the fashion specified by the ordinance, as the said animals are clearly more wild and 'unkept' than domestic); and - 4) these same said animals (ducks) have been 'kept' unfenced at various apartment complexes in the area for many years, and subsequently conduct their reproductive activities in the surrounding neighborhood(s) every year between the new moon of january/february, and the summer solstice on june 21st (the ordinance responsible for this process is known as 'natural law'); and finally - 5) there is likely a conflict of laws and/or interests of sorts between santa clara and sunnyvale ordinances regarding this matter, as one side of my street is santa clara - and the other is sunnyvale...

in retrospect; since the said animals (ducks) are incapable of being 'kept' in the fashion stated in ordinance 6.15.010, then 6.15.010 clearly does not apply to this situation, as the animals in question are clearly not caged farm animals - ordinance 6.15.010 was drafted back in february of 1969 when the valley of heart's delight was being paved over to create the silicon valley (i moved here with my family in 1967), so if you cite the year in which 6.15.010 was created; the clear intent of this ordinance was directed at farms and/or caged animals - not wild ducks who roam free, just ask the owners of the corn palace about that one...essentially; this ordinance was a roundabout way of shutting down the santa clara valley's agricultural past for a 'better' future with polluted groundwater, suburban sprawl and traffic jams etc...

and it occurred to me; why can the owner of the lake terrace apartments do whatever he wants with HIS property, but other santa clara residents cannot do the same with their own?...do you need loads of money to really do what you want with your property?...why can he pave over the ducks' habitat, and we cannot take up the slack?...and if i am technically 'maintaining' wildlife by feeding ducks then how about all the people who 'maintain' doves and songbirds? - are they not 'maintaining' wildlife in santa clara?...from now on i am not feeding ducks - i am feeding doves and pigeons and songbirds like every other old lady in santa clara; and if ducks happen to eat some...

my friends' roomate mick said there is a federal law against feeding wildlife, a law that mainly applies to hunters; so you can shoot ducks but you can't feed them? is that it? - i have found at least 5-10 dead duck carcasses on the street right by duck crossing signs this year, so what is the message here? - you can run over ducks but you cannot feed them? - what about the car wash in campbell that had ducks purposefully run over and all those campbell police department detectives looking for the culprit? what about the outrage, city of santa clara? do you care about our ducks or not? - sincerely, lik roper

yesterday i found about 50 corona beer bottle caps, an empty 12-pack case and three broken corona bottles on ground squirrel habitat just under the peterson bleachers - and while drinking beer around the peterson bleachers at night is an age-old tradition, if it is to continue it must be done in a responsible fashion - there is a blue garbage can just in front of the bleachers, where all empties and/or cardboard containers can be properly disposed of...

(while it is technically illegal to drink beer at the peterson bleachers, it still goes on anyway and has for many years, so if anyone who happens to partake is reading this segment - from this point forward; please get with the program and become the responsible beer drinking citizens you know you can be)

MISTER OLENAK'S ADMISSION OF GUILT

yesterday i noticed that mister olenak had thrown duck food into the street in an attempt to get them run over, then this morning he poured detergent soap into the food in an attempt to poison them once again like he did last year - so i got fed up and went over to take some photos of his license plates to post on this blog...

just then mister olenak came out of his garage as i stood across the street and pointed my video camera at him (which looks like a regular camera) i then asked him point blank; "why did you attack me last year, mister olenak?" after which he responded with "because you're an asshole!"

(for some reason the e-blogger software is not letting me post photos right now, so i will add them later - also; mister olenak's wife obstructed justice by lying to the cops when they arrived at the scene, and it turns out she is also the person who called theresa catalano to cover it all up, which led to my civil rights being violated - see post below)

last night at around 8-9 pm the usual nonsense went down here in the neighborhood; the same green vehicle i called sunnyvale 911 about last week went speeding by honking its' horn about a million times, then a small dark colored car stopped and came up to my window and banged on it and drove off chickenshitedly - i ran outside with my camera and took this photo:

i watched the vehicle travel down thunderbird avenue towards lillick drive, then turn to the left and park - so i went down the street to take a look, and it turns out they were hanging around with the little twit who lives at lillick drive and thunderbird avenue (see photo of twit below)

i then took these photos of the green car in question:

(by the way; a few years back, these deranged maniacs came to my front door at 2 am one night and woke up the whole house talking some kind of crazy nonsense, so i took a few photos right before he attacked me -- and right before the cops showed up -- and the cops just let him and his freakish friend go without talking to an additional witness who saw saw all of this happen!? - all i can say is that this jackass is lucky i am such a nice guy, because if i wasn't i could have easily thrown him ten feet without a problem (he is a short little balding punk who basically hates me because i am caucasian - see: HATE CRIME)...

you know; i think some people perhaps wrongfully think because i feed ducks or whatever that i am a wimp or something, but that couldn't be farther from the truth because there are a whole lot of farm boys who feed ducks and chickens every fuckin' day and they'll kick your ass from here to mississippi, so don't fool yourselves (and don't fool with me, or you will be sorry) just feel lucky that i am such a nice guy...

i just received a letter in the mail from someone named theresa catalano at real estate connections located at 1171 south de anza boulevard in cupertino - it said something to the effect of; "i understand that you are depositing corn feed behind the tree on the front yard by the garage - at this time i would like for your behaviour to stop - i do not want to involve the police at this point in time" etc...

well well, theresa catalano @ 408-873-2100, so YOU'RE the one who had my civil rights violated last year; which led to the santa clara and sunnyvale police both ignoring mounds of my own personally gathered exculpatory evidence showing proof of various attacks against me by various neighborhood folks (let alone the many witnesses who are willing to show up in court to testify on my behalf; people the cops did not seem to be interested in talking to at the time - i also found out that mister olenak had an angry run-in down at the peterson field with some other dog walkers awhile back; people who i am going to try and track down to get some sort of statement from - you know; why is it if my chinese or mexican neighbors got attacked by mister olenak, it would be considered a hate crime? i'm sick of the double standards; HATE IS HATE - and speaking of HATE; is that why officer PABLO LOPEZ was negligent in dealing with the verbal threats mister olenak made to me before his attack? - and why is it if this same kind of chain of events happened to ANY person in government, there would be enough evidence for prosecution - but when it is me, there's not enough? do government people think their lives are more important than ours, or what?) - causing the assistant DA to step down, etc? - YOU'RE the one who (illegally?) garnered my personal information and sent me a letter out of the blue?; well well; then i will likely be calling YOU into court to ask you a few questions about how all of this came about...

TRAFFIC CALMING DEVICE STOLEN & RECOVERED

at around 5:30 PM yesterday as i was driving up to my place of residence and witnessed a jeep (seen above) driving away with my traffic calming device (see: SAFETY CONES & 25 MPH ENFORCED blog post) - i then followed the jeep up the street and recovered the jettisoned traffic calming device, and took the photo seen above...

then this morning i woke up at around 9 AM and went outside to find an egg splattered on my windshield and a dead female duck laying in the street outside my house, the first female to be killed this year...

GOOD QUESTION: did this people in this jeep have anything to do with the killing of the female duck, and if they did - do they know the consequences of doing so? (i will very likely be passing this photo on to the county sheriff and/or the FBI for further investigation)

after taking this photo, i noticed two female ducks sitting together across the street on a lawn, which is rare for spring, as most females generally stay with their companion males - it seemed as if they were aware of the loss...

LRE NOTE: it should be no surprise to anyone that governments still use the divide and conquer technique to control people, and i have first-hand experience with it - for instance; there have been ducks in our neighborhood for many years...the local apartment complexes have duck ponds and the ducks naturally fan out and visit the local neighborhoods in the springtime...about 12 years ago, 3 broods of baby ducks were brought to my property by their mother as a safe haven for them - i walked them home every night back to the lake terrace apartments until hawks caught on and started picking them off on the way to and from my house...

regardless, these ducks have an imprint on this property and the females return with their boyfriends and brothers every spring...i even got both the city of santa clara and sunnyvale to install duck crossing signs at one point, and the mayor of santa clara gave me permission to feed the ducks at a city council meeting when they okayed the illegal destruction of the 1333 lawrence expressway pond (a pond that looks like it will be restored, but i'm not sure yet)

meanwhile; one day after emailing the city of sunnyvale for many months complaining about speeding in my neighborhood, i almost got run over and attacked by an irate neighbor (who has thankfully since moved away)...

i received a bogus restraining order for being attacked and almost run over through the friendly neighborhood resource officer (who has since been fired) and this was the beginning of my experience with divide and conquer government tactics...this planted a 'necessary' seed of distrust within some neighbors so that i would have less of a chance of winning a lawsuit against the city for their negligence...

a few years passed and along came the prospect of housing development in the peterson field...i flyered up the neighborhood and got everyone to go down to a closed city council session, then get turned away to the library across the street...the developer was pissed off and the sunnyvale government was up in arms about a disclosure which showed them being caught with their hands in the proverbial cookie jar...

a few weeks later the sunnyvale city council okayed spikes on a light pole right by my house by request of a neighbor who (before this) i considered to be a close ally and friend - this immediately ruined my relationship with the family, and this was the second application of city of sunnyvale divide and conquer policy (these neighbors have since separated/divorced and are moving away soon)...

then came the bush administration's bogus bird flu hype, which mister olenak bought hook-line-and-sinker, being the old impressionable man he is...mister-o became convinced that if i stopped feeding the ducks, it would save all of humanity from a bird flu epidemic, and the mainstream media was feeding this unfounded fear by hyping bird flu to be something it clearly is not (i had the focus of almost the entire 'iluminati' upon me, which is kind of cool if you ask me; it means i'm a powerful force to be reckoned with)...

and with a little help from a certain nosey san jose mercury news reporter (who has since retired - gee; why does everyone retire after their encounters with me?) who somehow found out my address and invited himself over to my house one day to cause trouble by writing derisively/indifferently about ducks being run over in his column, the unrest was brought over to the lake terrace apartments as well, where a conspiracy of apartment dwellers suddenly started attacking me out of the blue for feeding the ducks (something the lake terrace managment knew about and apparently supported) ducks which i had fed without incident for years...

then a neighbor across the street found out he had to move out of his rental house, and went berzerk...i knew the guy for years and he was a close ally of mine, but then he suddenly turned on me...he was mister olenaks' best beer drinking buddy, and he couldn't take having to move away - so he took all his anger out on me, almost attacking me one day with a friend of his...

he claimed to be mad about the ducks on his lawn, but he did nothing but protect them and speak highly of them for years, so where did this come from? (this neighbor truly seemed like a friend, but he has since moved out and i hope i never see him again)...

after this; mister olenak took over the stalking and harassing duties; he yelled indistinguishable crap at me from a distance for a few months, then finally all out attacked me one morning a few days after i called the santa clara illegal dumping hotline to report him trying to poison the ducks by pouring chemicals into the duck food across the street...

the cops i called to the scene somehow covered it up by failing to arrest mister olenak, then had the gall to question me after i had just been murderously attacked, insinuating i was somehow at fault or something!?...

then a lady santa clara cop showed up and suggested that maybe my neighbors were afraid of me or something (!?) when the only neighbor anyone is afraid of is mister olenak (everyone except me, that is) according to martha (martha is afraid of mister-o, she just won't tell him face-to-face - i also met a lady who was threatened by him and she is willing to be a witness in court for me if necessary, that is; if the city of santa clara has the gall to spend taxpayer money fighting my slam dunk case against them)...

anyway, a few weeks after this attack by mister-o (and various other people in the neighborhood at the lake terrace apartments) i was kidnapped by armed gunmen from the santa clara police department and whisked off to the santa clara police station for questioning!?...i was almost immediately released after i received an apology from my arresting officer, because my civil rights were agregiously violated - and i think he knew it...

this then planted the seed of 'maybe this duck feeding thing is wrong' in at least some of my more impressionable neighbors' heads, and since then the divide and conquer disease the government started against me has spread even further...

one of my neighbors who i will call mister simpleton, has since started getting whiney about the ducks as well...he didn't say a word about them for years, but since the bogus arrest he has started to use it as a way to get a dig at me...i just think the guy is unhappy with his life, but he shouldn't blame me for it (his wife is a real nice lady though, and his son is a star athlete who drives his red SUV too fast) he owns a landscaping business, so maybe he needs to go cut some lawns and cool off or something, you know?...

then another neighbor who was indifferent for years about the ducks started making snide remarks after the bogus arrests well...he was my good friend during my younger years, but now he too has used the arrest as a way to get a dig at me - these kind of events really show you who your friends are (he is still basically my friend, and he was just being his usual self, but let's just say he has a tendency to be his usual self at the wrong times)...

the next logical step was for the people at the house across the street where i have fed the ducks for years to get weird and turn on me...a whole bunch of cops barged into their house the morning i got attacked by mister olenak and tried to intimidate them (and apparently mister olenak has been repeatedly walking by glaring at the lady of the house) - so since then the 'maybe this duck feeding thing is wrong' thought (even though it isn't wrong) has been planted in their heads and they are starting to question whether i should feed them or not even though all of their habitat has been illegally paved over (but luckily they know that i am a real man who would rather be shot dead than sacrifice my freedom by spending one more minute in a jail torture cell for feeding ducks, due to the psychotic nature of our two party system of government -- no! no! no! -- i am a serious dissenter who knows his un/inalienable rights - i am willing to give my life for my cause, and besides; i know the local governments don't want some bloody public relations nightmare on their hands - and speaking of blood; why is it that i can have blood repeatedly drawn through neighborhood violence (as well as police brutality) with no arrests made, but the person who allegedly repeatedly fondled ms. perkins' royal buttocks (a hypothetical situation) is now a registered sex offender? - can anyone say DISCRIMINATION? how about INAPPROPRIATE TOUCHING? - i didn't think so - my suit aginst the city of santa clara will include the following charges; a) civil rights violation(s), b) discrimination, c) ignoring exculpatory evidence, d) police harassment and/or intimidation; e) failing to protect and serve, and f) being a bunch of fuckin' nazis from hell...

i was warned by an old lady who recently passed away that during the last reagan/bush republican/illuminati presidential era, neighbors were unfriendly to other neighbors and people seemed to care only about themselves, and we are unfortunately in another one of those evil eras right now...it seems strange to me that a political party based upon christian faith and loving your neighbor would cause such hatred amongst the people, but they do nonetheless - the good side to all this is that i am closer than ever to a neighbor lady who is a teacher - i have been helping her by taking care of her yard due to the fact that she has very little time...

in retrospect; the government constantly divides and conquers the populace on a variety of levels at all times to keep us all nicely controllable; division between the sexes, division by age, gender, ethnicity etc - we are all merely pawns in the government's chess game of divide and rule, but we don't have to allow ourselves to be played this way...

ANIMAL CRUELTY ATTEMPT

yesterday i saw a tall dark-haired young 20-25 year old caucasian male in a red jeep drive up and get out then attempt to kick a group of ducks on dunford way, so i yelled "hey leave the ducks alone" and he drove off down dunford, then made a right on benton street...

then today i saw what looked like the same red jeep -- with the specialized license plate #ALIBABA -- which drove up this time with what appeared to be the same dark-haired male, but this time he was with one or two females in the vehicle along with him...

they attempted to run over and/or take one of my safety cones (see: SAFETY CONES & 25 MPH ENFORCED blog post below) on the edge of the street, but saw me catching them in the act and drove off - if i catch them again, i will attempt to take a photo and post it on this blog, then bring it to the attention of the county sheriff...

(i thought about it later and realized that a few days before this encounter with #ALIBABA, i found a dead male duck in the gutter, and it looked like it died with its' head in a strange position sort of cocked up against the curb - like it had been purposefully kicked or something, and one of the neighbor ladies was very distraught over this spineless, barbaric act- QUESTION: did #ALIBABA have anything to do with this suspicious death?)

WHAT CROSSWALK?

i talked to an old friend last week who claimed his wife got recently run over and killed in a crosswalk in san jose, and other people have supposedly been either killed or injured in this same crosswalk, so he is now pursuing a $2.5 million dollar lawsuit against the city of san jose to make sure it never happens again (he has secured a great lawyer from marin county, a lawyer i will be contacting for my own purposes soon)...

he was not alerted about his wife's death until many hours after the accident when she had already passed away, and he is still extremely emotionally distraught over how the incident was treated...adding to this; one of the SJ cops on the scene waved-on one of two vehicles which witnessed the event, and the teenage driver (the daughter of a rich local mountainside resident with government clout) who killed his wife basically had her hand slapped and was not punished for the incident...

since then my friend has been repeatedly harassed by various individuals (including the police) who appear to be out to silence him for 'knowing too much' and threatening to dig his paws into city coffers $$$ - and he even alluded to the strong possibility that his ex-employer (a construction company from los gatos) may be tied in with organized crime, and/or that the father of the teenage driver who killed his wife may have contaced this ex-employer to gather information on him to use in the court case against him...

what it amounts to is a major conspiratorial effort to cover-up the situation, which could eventually; a) spiral out of control when the other victims' families catch wind of the situation and choose to file lawsuits as well; and/or b) cause another major redirection of government funds towards relatively lower costing traffic calming measures, which would likely outmode many cakewalking traffic cop jobs...

and for the record; the ducks have been fed every day regardless of - and/or since - my bogus and politically motivated retaliatory arrest, and i even created a stealth 'duck feeder underground' so to speak (let's call it the DUCK LIBERATION FRONT and/or DLF) amongst duck-loving neighbors, since it looked like we were being thrust back to the 1960s by the bush administration civil liberties/civil rights-wise - BUT! the worst is actually now over; as we have just re-entered an environmentally friendly and civil-liberties/civil rights-friendly democratic congressional era - and if that crazy old bastard mister-o attempts to poison these endangered birds once again - and/or harasses them in any way - and/or violently attacks me once again; etc etc etc - i won't bother contacting the corrupt SCPD, i will instead go to directly to the county sheriff - NO MORE BULLSHIT (what are the SCPD gonna do? shoot me?) the county takes the abuse of humans and/or animals very seriously, so there will be no messing around this time...also; the mainstream media and/or the bush administration likely will pump out their bogus bird flu hype once again to keep the masses unecessarily gripped in fear and/or improve their ratings as usual, but just ignore the hype - and if you don't like ducks; TOO DAMN BAD - i suggest you move to siberia or something...

'SAFETY' CONES & 25 MPH ENFORCED?

after getting sick of people speeding on my street, i eventually got the idea to place a safety cone in the middle of the crosswalk (which i had to pull teeth to get installed) to slow traffic to the advised 19 mph speed limit, but the sunnyvale police quickly showed up to respond to the complaints of the lawless speeders and told me to remove the 'safety' cone (and if i didn't i would have to pay a $180.00 fine)...

i told them my street is under santa clara jurisdiction, as i had clearly determined in the past through various communications with both cities, but they insisted (likely since i was opposing sunnyvale's now defunct development proposal in the peterson field) they were going to tie my hands and leave the neighborhood...

i went around in a circle with various asshole sunnyvale cops for quite awhile as i 'brazenly' kept putting the safety cone out in the street to slow traffic, which it did - and quite effectively; i knew they really didn't want me to take this case in front of a judge because they would be exposed for being the lazy bastards they are (and i also knew that a santa clara traffic engineer once told me it was ok if i helped out with the traffic calming)...

the cops ultimately became SO ENRAGED at my obstinance, that it led to my bogus tupac shakur-like arrest last june, which did nothing more than violate my civil rights and get them all in BIG trouble...

anyway; now the city of santa clara has apparently adopted my methods (see photo above) because they are now placing safety cones in the crosswalks in front of school zones to make things safer...

(questions: why are 'safety' cones 'safe' threes blocks away, but instead a 'dangerous nuisance' in my neighborhood?...hmmm...can anyone say 'crooked cops?' - i didn't think so - it is clear that driving is the most dangerous thing we all do, so why are the local police dragging their feet on this public safety issue? is 25 mph enforced or not?)

our society is literally bombarded with irresponsible advertising from car manufacturers (and especially european companies) and these car ads have the effect of destabilizing our society by bringing on death as they encourage us all to drive around like fucking maniacs - but it is high time to wake up...

europeans take everything literally, so let's put it this way; car companies are literally profitting from our death when they run their irresponsible advertisments - you know; do gun manufacturers run ads depicting the irresponsible use of their products? NO! - i suggest car companies collectively wake up and start caring about their customers by changing their ad policies or face being banned from the airwaves altogether like tobacco and gun manufacturers...

(whether it be ending U.S. occupation in the middle east; or slowing the speed of traffic in my neighborhood - there will always be the same ignorant resistance against any positive transition to a less violent reality - evolution happens slowly over time ~ but devolution can happen overnight with one bad supreme court decision)

i have contacted the city of santa clara traffic engineering repeatedly about installing a required state law crosswalk sign in the crosswalk in front of my house, but was told that the holdup was 'a political one' - so when are those negligent bastards down at the cities of santa clara and/or sunnyvale going to pull their heads from their big fat political asses and get with the program already?...

i have completely lost faith in the government at this point in time; i know now that everything i see in the media is essentially just propaganda to make the cops and/or government look good, when the truth is they don't give a crap about much of anything else except themselves and our/their money $$$...

the recent reports of those yale singers being attacked in SF with no initial arrests logically brings us all to the various attacks which occurred against me last year (exhibit A - exhibit B - exhibit C - exhibit D - exhibit E - exhibit F - exhibit G - exhibit H - exhibit I - and the harassment by both the sunnyvale and santa clara police departments for everything and nothing [about 10+ times] which eventually illegally bloodied me up exhibit J - exhibit K)

questions: why was my personally gathered exculpatory evidence with proof of the crimes against me covered-up by the SCPD, when are the officers who were involved in the cover-up going to be transferred to desk jobs and/or fired - and when are my VARIOUS attackers going to be brought to justice? discrimination is a typical bay area tradition that must change, and i am here to make sure that it does

(in other words; if those yales singers had been african american; arrests would have been expedient, so what was the delay, kamala?)

furthermore; i called a lawyer for some free advice and he told me to file my million dollar civil rights discrimination (etc) lawsuit with the city clerk at the city of santa clara - and since the city of sunnyvale was in on it as well, i may be filing against them as well for other questionable incidents which occurred before this - but this is just the first step because i expect the cities to protect their own and reject the suit(s), which will then be taken to another court for appeal...

WILD TEENAGERS RUN AMOK

back when i was in grade school some friends and i used to play ding-dong ditch-it ~ and later on when i was a eunuch teenybopper i was lucky enough to have some older friends who had a car, and i used to drive around with them as they threw water balloons at stuff...

and it's funny how history repeats itself, because the kids in this neighborhood are apparently up to the same old thing; last weekend my elderly roomate caught some kids playing ding dong ditch-it by waiting for them to come back again...

(he shined his flashlight right in the kids' face as he caught him in the act up on our porch, and then the kid went back towards doon court with some other kid)

last night the same thing happened again, so my roommate went out and waited for them to come back, and one car looked like a possibly darkish colored RAV-4 or SUV looking thing with a tire cover on the spare that was disheveled - and the other car that came after was what looked like a station wagon...

(they yelled some shit at him as he past, but he couldn't really hear it because he is hard of hearing)

i returned home later to find my vehicle messed with and things knocked over in front of the house, which doesn't particularly bother me because what they did was innocent enough, but the thing that is pushing it is harassing an old man who needs his sleep...

i know these punks are probably too young to have girlfriends, and even if they did they couldn't have legal sex without fear of incarceration, so i understand their predicaments - but they better find something better to do or they're gonna end up in a big old heap-o-trouble...

(i can't be sure, but i get the feeling they're the same punks from a few months back - they got a ride home to their parents' house by a sunnyvale police cruiser - and they're pissed off now...i got a ride home once for taking bong hits with a guitar player friend in a parking lot at henderson and el camino real - sometimes you just need to get a little ride home)

anyway, my point is this; at this juncture these punks are not bothering me particularly because i am usually out on the town weekend nights - all they are really doing is harassing a senior citizen who wants to get his sleep, so they should try having their fun without having it at the expense of others - and they should also try to have a little respect for their elders...

(when i roadied for a band years back one of my fellow roadies told me that he assisted a senior citizen in his neighborhood when he could, and cited rolling stones guitarist keith richards as his inspiration - after hearing this, i started helping out an old lady who lived nearby as well)

let this be a warning because i have seen it happen before; when enough teenagers screw up, quite often all teenagers - even the innocent ones - end up paying for it with curfews etc, and to me an early curfew is a form of detention that is the same as incarceration, if you ask me...

here are some good examples; 1) after one particularly violent speed metal show back in the late 1980s, the old mountain view theatre was shut down for 'good'; 2) a violent SF gang now has a gang injunction against them limiting their movements on their home turf, because if one uses one's 'gangsta powers' to terrorize and limit the civil liberties of peaceful innocent folks in ones' neighborhood, ones' civil liberties will be limited as well; 3) the band GNR had so many violent concerts back in the late 1980s/early 1990s that it ultimately led to lillith fest - etc etc etc...it's really all about teenagers and/or young people in general self-policing themselves so it never gets to that point again, because if they allow it to, it will - our youth need to learn to step in and quell violence before it occurs, not after - because; since violence only occurs when society allows it to, society must then step in to stop that violence...

also; gangs and/or violent behavior in general only lead to one place; prison with other prisoners - and some prison gang members are in fact homosexual and needing 'fresh meat' - so to speak - in the form of young unsuspecting male gang members who take orders to do the unspeakable from lifers behind bars (there's nothing wrong with homosexuality, but why else would a bunch of guys hang around with a bunch of other guys doing things that are going to land them in prison with no access to females? why do you think they act so tough?)...

in a sense; the universe is much like a freight train on autopilot, but humans - on the other hand - are much like freight trains with a pilot, and possibly even a co-pilot...

the general pattern i have noticed is a friday/saturday night thing that ends before their midnight curfews, so keep a look out for wild teenagers on weekend nights - if you see any suspicious looking activity, you can call the sunnyvale police @ 408-730-7100 - i already gave them a call once, and will likely call again tomorrow...

WAR IS PEACE? ~ FREEDOM IS SLAVERY?
IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH?

The terms of political discourse typically have two meanings. One is the dictionary meaning, and the other is a meaning that is useful for serving power -- the doctrinal meaning.

Take democracy. According to the common-sense meaning, a society is democratic to the extent that people can participate in a meaningful way in managing their affairs. But the doctrinal meaning of democracy is different -- it refers to a system in which decisions are made by sectors of the business community and related elites. The public are to be only "spectators of action," not "participants," as leading democratic theorists (in this case, Walter Lippmann) have explained. They are permitted to ratify the decisions of their betters and to lend their support to one or another of them, but not to interfere with matters -- like public policy -- that are none of their business.

If segments of the public depart from their apathy and begin to organize and enter the public arena, that's not democracy. Rather, it's a crisis of democracy in proper technical usage, a threat that has to be overcome in one or another way: in El Salvador, by death squads -- at home, by more subtle and indirect means.

Or take free enterprise, a term that refers, in practice, to a system of public subsidy and private profit, with massive government intervention in the economy to maintain a welfare state for the rich. In fact, in acceptable usage, just about any phrase containing the word "free" is likely to mean something like the opposite of its actual meaning.

Or take defense against aggression, a phrase that's used -- predictably -- to refer to aggression. When the US attacked South Vietnam in the early 1960s, the liberal hero Adlai Stevenson (among others) explained that we were defending South Vietnam against "internal aggression" -- that is, the aggression of South Vietnamese peasants against the US air force and a US-run mercenary army, which were driving them out of their homes and into concentration camps where they could be "protected" from the southern guerrillas. In fact, these peasants willingly supported the guerillas, while the US client regime was an empty shell, as was agreed on all sides.

now that gavin newsom's stalker story has been so blown out of proportion; it logically brings us all back to my various stalkers and attackers, including the police who made the big mistake of regularly taunting me (a powerful blogger voice to be reckoned with) for roughly 2 years since the start of my wildy successful and joyfully triumphant campaign against illegal development at the peterson field...

some questions: while i am still generally a newsom supporter, why is it that gavin's life is considered more important than mine? - i mean let's face it; my hair is clearly equally cool as his when greased back - and you know; why does it seem that i have to be african american for my civil rights to matter, when rosa parks clearly did what she did for EVERYBODY...

could it be that i am a dangerously omnipotent activist, and the dirty little secret of destabilizing activists for roughly 200+ years pre-911 (and especially conscious FBI-sponsored destabilization of african american activists for 25 years pre-911; MLK etc) is now considered standard protocol by the US government via the USA patriot act?...

BAD COP ~ NO DONUT

VESUVIO'S PIZZA SKATEBOARD INCIDENT - one night when i was riding my skateboard on the old el camino real cruise strip in a parking lot in santa clara right by vesuvio's pizza, i made the mistake of asking a cop passing by what time it was...he then got out of his car then ordered me to leave, so i jumped on my skateboard and started to take off into the street...he then said to stop and come back, because riding a skateboard in the street is illegal!?!...he then gave me a ticket which i contested in court...basically, the cop showed up to court and lied about the whole thing, but i think the judge knew and reduced my fine from $36 to $18 or $16 or something...this was my first experience with a cop lying or misrepresenting himself in court...

CRUISING THE EL CAMINO - i went out cruising on the el camino real on a saturday night with a friend (who has since passed away - R.I.P) named scott back in about 1981...we were driving along when a cop on the other side of the street suddenly jumped his car over the median island and came after us in hot pursuit...he got behind our car and called out the driver's name over his loudspeaker (santa clara police cars had just been fitted with new computer equipment - the first in the nation i believe)

he pulled over and scott jumped out first at their command, then after i stuffed a half ounce of brown columbian weed down into my underwear, i jumped out screaming at the cops something like "what's this all about!?!" or something...they said; "DOWN ON YOUR KNEES! - HANDS IN THE AIR!" - so i said; "ok ok"...about eight other officers had just arrived and they had about eight shotguns pointed at our heads...they said the car we were driving matched the description of a car that had just robbed a liquor store...realizing that we were the wrong people, they looked at us with hateful glares - like they wish they had shot us, and let us go...they never found my weed, and they couldn't without looking like weirdos...

VOMIT LAUNCH - i have an old friend from high school who used to be a champion wrestler, and he told me that one night back in the 1980s (after wrongfully getting involved in a minor scuffle with bouncers while leaving a bar in cupertino) he wrestled a cop for a minute and accidentally broke his arm with a bad wrestling move...oops...this is obviously a bad thing to do, but even worse - as about three or four cops watched (along with a friend that we call 'cueball' - who witnessed the event as well) ben was then held to the ground with a cop standing on his neck and his face down to the pavement, and about to suffocate from his own alcohol induced vomit! - cueball called out to the cop 'stop standing on his neck!' or something...if cueball hadn't said anything about it, ben would likely have suffocated on his own vomit and died...

WHERE IS MY $15? - a friend of mine who was a roadie for a cover band playing in mountain view back in the mid 1990s was approached by several police officers one night and asked for identification...after his wallet passed through the hands of the many officers, it came back to him with $15 dollars missing!?!...

SPEAK OUT IF YOU DARE - i used to write only pleasant things in my only good newsletter, then at one point for whatever reason it turned a bit to the left -- i added my first bit of 'bad news' about the police to my good newsletter, and i think someone in the sunnyvale police department did not like it...the very next week i noticed a cop sitting in the patrick henry parking lot while running down at the peterson field...there had not been a cop sitting in the patrick henry parking lot for as long as i can remember when i exercised, and suddenly right after the first time i wrote some 'anti-government sentiments' (in other words; bad news about cops) there was suddenly a cop sitting ominously in the patrick henry parking lot...

then right before running one day, and about a week or so after noticing the sunnyvale cop in the patrick henry parking lot, an asian sunnyvale cop with a police dog was doing everything but trying to sick his police dog on me as i started running (too bad because all dogs love me, but nice try) - also, i had been bringing the local squirrels apples and sunflower seeds for years at the time (and still do) and after leaving my gift of food for the squirrels that day, i noticed another sunnyvale cop out inspecting the squirrel food that i left under the trees, like he was searching for illicit substances or something...

SANTA CLARA COP INCIDENT - a few years back before the questionable new taser weapon was introduced, i first attempted to get the city of santa clara to do something about the speeders in the neighborhood, and had a strange encounter with a santa clara cop shortly after...after i first called the city of santa clara's traffic engineering to get some help with street signage, i got on my bike after intensely practicing drums for an hour, and headed over to my british guitar player friend's house...on the way, i found a dead squirrel and saw another squirrel up in a tree in distress over the loss (squirrels are much more advanced socially than once thought)...i got pissed off and quickly made up two signs saying 'road kill is murder' and put one sign down the street on a stop sign...i was carrying the other sign to my friend's place when i saw a santa clara cop stopped in a crosswalk right where i had to turn...i then sort of sped past his driver's door on my bike and startled him while he was looking down at his notes or whatever, and he turned his car around and came after me...

after stopping me, one of the first things he asked was if he could see my driver's license, when i was riding my bike!...he then pushed me up against the wall, said my pulse was racing and asked if i was on drugs (well gee, i just rode my bike at a hundred miles an hour, i am pissed off about the dead squirrel, i just finished playing drums for an hour and i am being hassled by a cop! damn right my pulse is racing!)...

he didn't like my attitude so he put one hand on his gun holster and took a quick look over his shoulder to assess whether he should shoot me or not...seeing a row of apartments behind him (the lake terrace apartments) he declined to pull out his gun - i then said rather forcefully 'you wouldn't even be here if i hadn't called traffic engineering a few days ago!'...he got a funny look on his face, got into his car and quickly exited the scene (little did the cop know, my british guitar player friend was watching the whole thing through the window of his girlfriend's duplex, right over my shoulder - he was deported a few months later, perhaps in part for witnessing this event)...

THE BOGUS RESTRAINING ORDER - i used to feed ducks right outside my window in the morning, and one particular morning i noticed a neighbor of mine attempting to run the ducks over...the very next morning i went out and tried to protect the ducks from his vehicular assault by waving my arms in front of his car when he was about 50 ft away, but he did not see me and if i did not move he would have run me over along with the ducks...i had been emailing the city of sunnyvale for a few months at the time, trying to get them to do something about the traffic and speeding in our neighborhood, and due to their lack of action thereof, the ducks blocking the street suited me just fine, because i really didn't care how the traffic was controlled, as long as it was...

the morning after this, i stood on the curb and out of harm's way from my irate neighbor, and sort of bapped on his side window lightly as he ripped by...he pulled all the way over to the opposite curb and i went over to his driver's side window, saying something like "you need to slow down"...he then attempted to grab my ponytail and threw a lame punch at me through his half-opened car window - i backed off, got his license plate number and went into the house to call the police, and he then fled the scene...

three officers came rushing over and i greeted them in the street...the first thing the cops did was look at the 15 or so stunned looking ducks standing in the street like they were suspects or something...then rookie officer dischler was given the case, and one of the other cops gave me the most evil look i have ever gotten from anyone in my life (other than santa clara mayor patricia mahan) slammed his door and tore off - sunnyvale police were overworked on the nightshift at the time and they hated their boss, who fired a sunnyvale cop once for suggesting that the sunnyvale PD be nicer to people on the beat (we live in a town with a military base on it, so i think the 'abu ghraib' mentality sort of seeps over through osmosis to the local police or something)

officer dischler went to the front door of my irate neighbor and was greeted by his wife, who then called her husband at work - he corroborated the whole story to dischler and no report was written because i declined to press charges and just wanted him to be warned about his unsafe driving - dischler told him to go around the block the other way and avoid driving by my house...

now, at this point i had been emailing the city of sunnyvale (as lik roper) for about five months or so, asking for assistance with the speeding in the neighborhood, which during the failed internet-boom experiment was about one car every 10 seconds or so...then after almost being run over and assaulted by my neighbor, i then emailed with my real name and threatened to sue the cities over my neighborly mishap...i printed out a few copies of this same hastily written email (which i still have a copy of) and gave a few to my neighbors as well...

over the next few days, my irate neighbor ignored officer dischler's instructions to avoid my part of the neighborhood, and continued ripping by my house, and this time rather threateningly...i called the sunnyvale police non-emergency line to say that i thought pressing charges might be the right thing to do now, and female officer rice was very nice and urged me to just let the situation drop...i called again and got dischler's older brother on the phone this time (the same officer dischler in the GOOD COP blog segment - he has since made up for this by turning out to be pretty cool i guess) i said something like, "i don't want to sue you guys, i just want you to patrol the neighborhood for speeders" - his voice got really low and mean, and he asked me my name and the address where i lived, and hung up the phone...

i gave up on the SVPD at that point, and then attempted communicating directly with my neighbor by leaving a note and one of my lik roper music from outer space CDs in his front yard - i also left a note in his windshield saying something like "you will (hopefully) be charged with attempted vehicular manslaughter - merry christmas!" (the very next christmas eve my brother died in a head on collision, and the charge against the driver who killed him was vehicular manslaughter...is this just a coincidence?)...

a few days after giving up on the SVPD and leaving the notes in neighbor's yard, two cops showed up (one of them officer matt beninger) and said "there's a skirmish down at city hall", and then gave me a temporary restraining order (with no authorization stamp on the back) essentially banning me from standing in the street where i almost got run over, or from being in the house that i live in!?! - can anyone say "crooked cops"? - i didn't think so...

now, an old friend from high school happened to come by a few days later and he had lots of experience with this kind of stuff...he was on a citizen-run civil rights task force and had his share of being hassled by corrupt cops in courtrooms, etc - he even had a previous questionable run in with officer beninger (government officials often use cops as thugs to get their way and shove their agendas up our pipelines, so to speak) he instructed me to go down immediately and get my 911 police report as evidence - when the stunned-looking clerk brought the emergency 911 report to me, it was all blacked out (and i still have a copy of it, but it says i can't copy it to expose the police corruption - maybe i'll post it on my web site) hmmm...

i went to the restraining order hearing a few weeks later with my blacked out 911 call report, and officer beninger showed up in his SVPD squad car to stand next to my attacker and his wife during the hearing!?!...not feeling like i had to make any excuses whatsoever about being assaulted and almost run over by my asshole neighbor, i guess you can say that i took the fifth during the proceeding...the lady judge knew that something was awry and said to officer beninger "isn't this a neighborhood matter?" - she sent us off to try and talk it over and beninger made me sit with my accusers, instead of separating us first like he was supposed to...the mediation session then sort of blew up (as beninger likely planned) and we went back into the courtroom - my irate neighbor's wife put on a good act and acted hysterical, and the judge knew i was not going to fight it, so she just sort of ran me through...

she said that i can't own a gun; well, i have never owned a gun and never planned on owning one because i am a real man; she named off an insulting laundry list of things that i cannot do to my neighbors (including molest them, of all things!?!) she also said that accepting this restraining order is not an admission of guilt, nor will it be on public record (she may have been doing it to protect my reputation, but it still makes it a little too secret for my likings)...once i accepted the bogus restraining order, the deputies in the courtroom suddenly started looking at me threateningly, like i was a criminal now or something!?!...

beninger got his restraining order and successfully thwarted my chances at a lawsuit against the city (which i never really wanted to do anyway [until now that is] the only language they understand is; "i'm gonna sue you guys") then suddenly got all friendly as we said goodbye after the hearing - i then asked beninger "did you ever talk to officer dischler?" (with two witnesses present, mind you) and officer beninger then said "who's officer dischler?"...

when it was all over, the much-hated sunnyvale police chief retired, and the sunnyvale police were ordered by the city council to take a report for every call, no matter how seemingly unimportant it may seem, because you never know - oh, and my irate neighbor eventually moved away, about a month or so after a large volcanic rock from his front yard ended being up thrown through my neighbor's windshield - the sunnyvale police almost did not show up when called for this...i pretty much gave up on trying to get the city of sunnyvale to do their jobs until...

WHAT EMAIL? - a few months ago as i was gazing out my kitchen window, i saw a lady trying to cross a crosswalk on the street by my house...she waited and waited for all the speeding SUVs full of miniature human cargo to speed by, and i finally got pissed off and ran out in the middle of the crosswalk to stop the cars, much like a crossing guard...this allowed her and her baby to safely cross the street (the same street that the city of santa clara still refuses to patrol, by the way)...

after this, i went inside and fired off some emails explaining the crosswalk event to my usual chain of command (the UN, the president, the congress, many major newspaper editorial columns all over the US etc) and to be sneaky, one email was sent to the city of santa clara and city of sunnyvale with my cross street listed, and another email was to the aforementioned list of major players listed above without the cross streets...the very next day a cop was sitting outside the house, right at the cross streets listed in the email i sent the day before!...

i thought nothing of it until later that afternoon when i went to get a haircut and came back home...my room mate said the same cop sitting outside my house came by and said that i supposedly 'chased a little girl', but the story was later recanted by the tiny accuser...i wasn't there to see the look he had on his face, so i cannot tell whether the cop was being purposefully full of shit as some kind of draconian social engineering maneuver, or just reacting to a bogus complaint...either way, i once again caught the government with their pants down - up to their usual tricks of character assassination - and he never came back again...i always knew the government was half crooked, but i had no idea!...

ACHTUNG GI-JOE! - well well well, it seems that all the important lessons of joseph mcnamara have gone by the wayside for idiot cops once again!...the government gives them jobs straight-outa-the-military so they can take their zombie-like GI-JOE attitudes to the streets (listen up, government; people will be less likely to come forward when they witness a crime in progress, if the cops continue to be jerks about it - read on...) i helped the santa clara police catch some guys escaping a hit and run yesterday because i witnessed the criminals abandoning their damaged car, but while two of three offficers i dealt with were very nice, one clearly was not; he was a real jerk - let's just call him GI-JOE...

when GI-JOE showed up on his motorcycle, he first off treated me almost like a suspect - this guy was like a robot-zombie...i get the feeling he is suffering from extreme post-traumatic stress syndrome from either his police work or from the military (one or the other, maybe both?)...the lady police officer that i talked to first was very nice, and the second motorcycle cop was pleasant as well, but not GI-JOE...after joe arrived, lady cop stopped smiling and being nice...at one point i was just sort of standing there innocently looking down at the suspect's car, and GI-JOE barked out an order to step away from the car - whoa GI-JOE, cool yer jets already!...after he took my driver's license number for his police report, he then gave me back my license, waited a minute and asked what i was doing still standing there!?! - he didn't even thank me for my cooperation!?!

(GI-JOE may think he's real tough or whatever, but i can kick his ass at arm wrestling any day, along with governor arnold! - got it mister GI-JOE? sure, you're baddas, but i am badder asser! [?] why? because i am alot nicer than you, i can sing like a screamin' banshee and i can pound on the drums like no other!...and just because you have a shaved head doesn't make you a real man! - it just means that you have a shaved head...dude, you're a macho-man robot, time to lossen up and take your silly self less seriously! - i know, you're a cop, so what am i gonna do about it, right?...I'M GONNA WRITE ABOUT IT, THAT'S WHAT!?!)

anyway, i am always happy to help out, but just treat me like a civilized human being in the process GI-JOE, and you won't have any literary troubles like this next time! (NOTE: GI-JOE followed me to the cosentino's market after writing this)...

BLACK HELICOPTERS - parts of the 'history of CIA covert operations' document were posted on my website @ http://www.likroper.com/onlygoodv7n3.htm after midnight one night in late 1999, and the next morning a US army helicopter flew directly over my house at an altitude of about 30 feet over the rooftop, did three circles and flew off - the OGN wisdom quote "the rising middle fingers of true deepened democracy answer to no one" was then born, after i flipped off the rogue helicopter pilots with my middle fingers...

a few weeks later, my brother was killed in a head on collision, a crash that was determined to be an accident, and the vehicle he died in was looted shortly after his death at the wrecking yard...the document that i found on the internet back in 1999 was called - HISTORY OF CIA COVERT OPERATIONS: The Secret Government - Origin, Identity & Purpose of MJ-12 - by Milton William Cooper - and whether or not the death of my brother is connected to the weird 'helicopter flying over the house' incident, this kind of harassment - along with the questionable death of Milton William Cooper - is almost an admission that there is some truth to the HISTORY OF CIA COVERT OPERATIONS document, written back in 1989...

VIETNAM - i suppose the best thing for any good democratic activist to do now is to say things so outrageous (yet true) that most republicans will self-destruct, therefore ridding us of the great republican evil by sending them all up swift boat creek with no shovel; so here goes - in a sense, many soldiers are a dangerous cross between an international diplomat, trained killer, and cop...

1) i was talking to 'the old man with the dog' while cleaning up the peterson field recently, and he told me some troubling things...back in the 1960s he worked in a kodak photo processing lab, and used to develop photos for soldiers in vietnam...he saw many gruesome pictures, including a picture of a decapitated vietnamese man's head with a cigarette hanging from his mouth, among other things...the head was apparently kicked around like a soccer ball...

2) i was out working years back when i came upon a vietnam veteran in a water store...he said that the troops used to go from village to village, systematically torching the huts, killing the men and children, and raping the women - and sometimes finding a wife in the process!...his soul sort of shook while tellin me about this, and it was obvious to me right then that this war thing has got to end once and for all, because of the sacrifice of the souls of men (and now increasingly more women), and regardless of the $15 worth of pot metal that makes up the medals awarded...

3) another account i heard was from a guy named dale who was 36 years old when i was 18...he seemed ancient at the time, and now i'm older than he was then...he was the guitar player and singer of a band i was in back in high school called 'blaze'...he was heavily into southern rock and sang 'there goes another love song' by the outlaws just like the record - no shit...being the young, horny and relatively inexperienced lad that i was at the time, i really wanted to get laid, and dale said "don't worry, once the band gets playing you'll get some puss" - and i did...that's what he said! (i believe in telling the truth) anyway, he said that one time his wife surprised him by jumping out of the bushes by the front door, and he almost lost it...he went down to the gun position and freaked out - she never did that again (he suffered from post traumatic stress syndrome) also; agent orange made him sterile so that he could not have a child, and this caused them much grief...the first day dale got to vietnam back when he was 18, someone yelled 'gook!' and shot a machine gun into a bush nearby...they pulled out a dead body and a tank came in and did donuts on top of the body - once again, this was his first day in vietnam and as he told me, he immediately grew up when he saw this happen...crazy north vietnamese guys used to go around with a piece of wire and two handles on the ends, chopping off soldiers' heads in the middle of the night and putting the heads up on their guns...soldiers' buddies would often awaken to their buddys' head up on top of their gun - some would go crazy and turn their machine guns on their own troops, only to be killed - dale slept with one eye open at all times, even after returning home...many soldiers in vietnam used to be on drugs all the time to take their minds off the bullets flying overhead, while laying in the trenches covered with ants and feces just a few feet over...he said they used to go to opium dens and gell out for days at a time just to escape the war - and many of the soldiers stuffed their GI bags full of drugs and went home with their new overseas connections and drug habits to feed all of their friends and family the newfound drugs...

4) back in high school i had a friend named brett who later went into the military - he said that while on duty in grenada, he witnessed US military aircraft accidentally take out a whole city block of residential neighborhood - oops!?! there goes gramma!?!...ever wonder why some people in grenada are pissed off at america and/or americans?...

5) a guy named james (who later became an mtv cameraman) was the 32 year old manager - rhythm and two finger lead guitar player - and singer of a san jose based band called 'panzer' (we used to practice on talyor street in san jose)...panzer played heavy metal and the german panzer tank was the heaviest tank in WWII, but it didn't matter because some people would make fun of the name and call the band panzie instead, because for some odd reason our bass player wore black tights onstage (james got really mad one night when the band asked him to stop playing guitar and just be the manager - his strong point) anyway, while sitting in a florida bar right after his duty in vietnam as an unemployed veteran, some guy asked him if he wanted to run drugs from islands off the florida coast in small boats for $500 per trip...he agreed and did that for quite awhile...he said that many soldiers kept their connections from overseas and got the best thai sticks you ever saw - the kind we used to see back in high school (the kind that sadly dried up during the reagan era)...aircraft used to drop containers off the coast weighed down with weights and guided by divers to the coastline, only to be abandoned after emptying - but this left evidence that eventually led to the end of this practice (one time somebody found one of these containers broken open on the beach full of thai sticks!) back in the early 1980s there used to be the best columbian gold buds, lots of seeds but way stony weed (hash, etc) high school was great...

i just read about a judge's dissenting decision regarding the city of san jose's use of unmarked vans which record speeders in residential zones - the judge ruled the practice of issuing tickets by anything other than a law enforcement officer is against the law, which is likely true -

but! photos and/or videos of lawbreaking made in the public domain and posted on the internet are within the bounds of the law, regardless of what any judge may decide (see: free press)

for instance; if a video taken by a civilian showing police brutality in LA can be used against the police in the court of public opinion and/or court of law, why can't a video of a speeder or anybody else breaking the law be used as evidence of impropriety? - no tickets are being issued, just evidence of laws being broken...

a good example is this; last saturday night a female friend of mine was pushed up against the wall by some freako outside the patio bar in sunnyvale, but when the SVPD showed up they let the guy go - she told me about it so i went over to the patio with her and her friends to digitally record the idiot with my MOTO KRZR, but he was gone...

now, if i could do so; do you think i shouldn't post a video of the guy who pushed her up against the wall, or you know; why can't the cops take photographic evidence of everyone they get a call about but are not going to arrest?...if that person ends up being a true freako then that photo may help later on down the line (but it could also be a negligence liability)...

you know; the cops shouldn't throw everybody in jail, but they also should do their jobs a little better than this - and while i do get really sick of the puritanical pall cast over society as of late, there are certain lines that should not be crossed...

anyway; i personally think its' worse to have a video of someones' lawbreaking exposed and archived for posterity on the internet, than it is to get a ticket or go to traffic school...and! if someone doesn't give a fuck what i think of their lawbreaking ~ then i don't give a fuck what they think of me - it's really that simple as it goes both ways -

(CALIFORNIA LAW STATES all driver's must do 15 mph through intersections regardless of the speed limit on the street they are driving; and if a pedestrian steps foot in a crosswalk all driver's are required to stop)

the general problem i have seen with government is they tend to breed an unempowered populace with its' hands tied to do anything about what goes on right in front of them; like we are all supposed to wait for their negligent asses to get up and do their jobs, when they often have no intention of ever doing so...

(the santa clara police department has repeatedly 'recommended' against speed hump installation, when this is clearly a conflict of interest on their part...whether they are consciously aware of it or not; it's really all about job security and cops wanting to keep their cushy traffic enforcement jobs, because if their jobs are made obsolete by increased traffic calming measures, then what would it be?...chasing bank robbers!? - no!)

in some conservative states with wide open spaces and hunter-dog attitudes, people are sometimes allowed to shoot anyone who steps on their property because law enforcement can often be miles away and unable to respond fast enough;

but in liberal areas where (as a general rule) people are (in theory) generally less violent than folks out in the countrified shit-kicker areas (for example) and more crammed together (like sardines), folks are expected to wait until law enforcement arrives; because if a victim responds to an attack with equal violence they can be held responsible for any injuries incurred, even if they were being attacked!?...

martial arts are supposed to be used only as a defensive measure, never as an offensive tactic, and this universal ethic should be applied to all conflicts (mister bush)...

i can see both sides of this argument, but after my own personal experiences dealing with violent wackos, i am leaning more towards the empowerment side than the hands-tied opinion (which ultimately serves organized crime more than anything else - you know; if there is a [perhaps inadvertent] collusive connection between the criminal element and government; this is surely it)

for example; what if law enforcement has it out for one particular activist and silently refuses to protect and serve them? (as i have had done to me) - there should be some sort of stop-gap measure to allow personal protection in the interim other than pepper spray, for example...

getting back to the main point; there are many traffic calming alternatives, but most cities drag their feet when it comes to actually implementing them, and traffic cops recommend against them to keep their cakewalkin' jobs (except for cupertino that is - there are speed humps in cupertino the city sort of heavy-handedly installed without telling any neighbors beforehand [which i think is good] no petitions, no bullshit; just action-action-action!)

so the question is this; why do most cities develop buildings in such a heavyhanded fashion, but not the much-needed complimentary traffic calming measures?...and if is considered a political liabilty for city council members to make that decision, then why not let some state or county agency make that decision, or better yet THE PEOPLE!?)...

driving is clearly the most dangerous thing humans do on a daily basis; as roughly 100 people die EVERY DAY through vehicular related injuries (more deaths than soldiers killed in iraq by car bombs; i heard some kid recently got hit by a car @ kiely & benton!?) so the jury has clearly spoken and the verdict is in when it comes to this subject (in south america speed humps are considered 'sleeping policemen' there to slow traffic when the police can't)...

most streets in this area were constructed back in the 1960s, and it is now the year 2007!? - the truth is; one traffic cop for every 100,000 or so people is simply not cutting it; i have been monitoring police activity in the neighborhood for over 10 years now, and not only are the current traffic calming methods drastically ineffective, but the police also seem willing to retaliate against me for merely trying to get them to do their jobs as mandated -
SO THINGS ABSOLUTELY MUST CHANGE...

in the future, if developers and government want to carry on as they do; they should be lawfully required to bolster neighborhood-mandated traffic calming measures around all new developments to control the increased traffic flows they create (and traffic calming in pre-existing neighborhoods should be bolstered as well) - not only is this a good public relations decision for all involved, but it just makes sense...

i have a young neighhbor who lives across the street who has a tendency to get in his big noisy red SUV and go ripping down the street what seems like every day because he is late or something, AND I AM SICK OF IT! - so! i suggest he slow down in this neighborhood unless he wants a video of his law breaking posted in this segment...

i am serious as a heart attack! - my brother died in a head-on collision a few years back, and i'm not taking this shit anymore because i've looked the other way long enough, and i truly see the danger unlike most people who have not experienced such a thing, SO SLOW DOWN!

GOOD COPS

while i have found many sunnyvale and santa clara cops to be grossly negligent, discriminatory, unwilling to protect and serve as mandated - and conspiratorial as well, there are a few good cops out there...and while the ratio of roughly 2 out of 10 should apply to bad cops vs good cops, instead it is quite the opposite; i have found that out of approximately 10 cops; only 1 or 2 are actually good cops willing to protect and serve...

the good cops i encountered on the sunnyvale police force are: 1) officer discher - who once thanked me for all the help i provide to the local community; and 2) officer cortez - who was the only officer on the scene who seemed willing to arrest crazy tom after his violent attack, but got talked out of it by his seemingly crooked fellow officer in command; 3) in santa clara, police officer leipelt - who instinctively knew something was wrong when my door got kicked in by RRJ-3 (license # 2RLN869) and showed genuine concern about it - and while he ultimately did not arrest RRJ-3 (even though i had photographic evidence of a previous questionable encounter with him, and a witness close by and willing to talk) he still seemed like a straight arrow with a good attitude - an overwhelmed straight arrow - but still a straight arrow; 4) officer leipelt's fellow SC police officer on the scene (who i did not catch the name of - he was a tall white guy with anderson cooper-like speckled greying hair) instinctively knew something was wrong as well, and seemed willing to take action, if it were not for officer leipelt's evidence-related reservations...i could tell he was a good person and a good cop as well, he seemed truly concerned about the actions of RRJ-3, and i really appreciate that; and finally - 5) i did not catch his name, but the officer who gave me a ride down to the police station after my bogus arrest last summer (and also took photos of my bloody bodily injuries created by officer lopez and officer nazi) was a true human being and a good soul...i think he knew my civil rights had been agregiously violated and that officer lopez had discriminated against me in the process, and i want to thank him for being such a good cop...

do you find yourself racing to stop lights and traffic jams?...why is this?...many people think if they drive faster - they will arrive at their destination sooner, but this couldn't be farther from the truth in most cases...why?..because while driving faster might get you there sooner out in the country, it clearly does not in a place like silicon valley where a critical mass of traffic has been reached...

not only is it safer to drive your multi-ton projectile vehicle at the posted speed limit and/or in a safe manner in general (see: life saver) but it also reduces traffic jams - look at it like this; it's like a million impatient ants trying to get through one tiny hole all at once; but only so many at a time can squeeze through and the rest have to wait -

(i have a right to record and display any and all criminal activity which i see in this neighborhood, including speeding - so SLOW DOWN! - and the 9th amendment of the U.S. constitution appears to allow this...if you will; consider it an extremely mild form of citizen's arrest)

i saw a police car strategically parked and looking for speeders today, and while i won't say where or what time i will say thank you so much as people seem to be driving slower through the neigborhood because of this (but! we are still going to need speed humps and traffic circles etc if the city council allows kohl's to build the behemoth monstrosity proposed at el camino and halford, there are no ifs, ands or buts about that one - the truth is; we need increased traffic calming measures regardless of whether a 8 story tower is built)...

LRE NOTE: WHAT TIME IS IT? - for the record; i called the SCUSD public relations person ahead of schedule to find out what time the SCUSD board meeting started last week, and she wasn't sure what the time was, so she called roger barnes and he told her the peterson field segment of the meeting started at 7 PM - i then passed this info on by posting it in my web site and flyering up the neighborhood...but! after the last board meeting where people showed up at 7 PM but couldn't speak because they actually had to show up before 7 PM to speak (?) i told folks to show up at 6:45 PM instead...i showed up at 6:45 PM and the peterson field segment of the meeting was just ending!?!...so how did the lines get crossed on this time issue, or was i purposefully given false information to destabilize my valiant efforts?...you know; i already have a real issue with the standard SCUSD policy of telling people their meetings start at 7 PM, when people really have to show up before 7 PM to actually speak - as this is a dirty trick and their policies must change - but this is just pushing it way too far - SCUSD SUPERINTENDENT ROGER ADAMS can be contacted @ 408-423-2005 or radams@scusd.net - tell him to change their public speaking policy, NOW!...

and while there were a few people at the meeting who were very nice and personable, like the people from full circle farm and some folks from the neighborhood who i know, i got the coldest, zombie-like feeling from pretty much everybody else there, like these are people i would NEVER hang around with away from the meeting due to sheer differences in our lifestyles and personalities...some were casting such blatant negative judgement upon me that i could literally feel it (so now i guess i am casting it back) it was like walking into a church mass or library or something...i showed up to the meeting as a human being, but it seems like almost everyone else was some sort of highly-controlled, institutionalized zombie...it made me realize all over again why i dropped out of school; because institutions are these sort of big, coldhearted monsters that zombify and pacify the masses, and i can't think of anything that i loathe more...freedom is much more appealing to me...and yes; i did kind of barge into the meeting late, but i was simply following faulty SCUSD advice, so if anyone was put out about it they can blame roger barnes, not me...i think he deserves my rude entry into the meeting, and i don't regret a thing about it...

STATE-LAW CROSSWALK SIGNS

state law requires crosswalk signs to be installed within 500 yards of a school zone, and the crosswalks on dunford way are clearly eligible for one of these state-law crosswalk signs, so why is the city of santa clara dragging its' feet on this legal requirement (and the requirement to install a crosswalk handicapped ramp as well)?...

i have received 3 promises from SC traffic engineering with no action yet; so what's the matter? is the city of santa clara still mad cuz they couldn't incarcerated me for my vapid dissent and brazen duck feeding?...couldn't punish me by getting me raped in your jails by your homosexual-conspiracy, or what?...thought you shut me up 'for good', or what?...awww; that's too bad, yah fuckin' nazis!...

well i've got news for y'all, cuz it really doesn't matter whether you're - a) a major corporation with stockholders who determine what you write about, a video camera and independent thoughts dedicated to print; or - b) a private individual with no stockholders to answer to, a video camera and independent thoughts dedicated to print - in a very large sense IT'S THE EXACT SAME THING, the only difference is that POWER HAS NOW BEEN DECENTRALIZED and at least some people within the government and/or the government-controlled media are up in arms about this turn from the putrid old 'one voice of america' mentality (you must remember that the internet was once only for the military and it was a bit of a struggle to turn it into the public institution that it is)...

competition is needed in journalism just as much as it is in business, as it adds perspective and options to allow people to make more informed decisions rather than highly-controlled decisions...

VOTER INTIMIDATION?

last thursday night there was a sunnyvale cop at the peterson middle school hearing regarding the peterson field, and while he seemed nice enough is it really necessary to have a police presence at such events? - it's much like having police outside voting polls attempting to intimidate voters...

the weird thing is; for whatever reason this cop seemed to have a particular interest in me; being the outspoken and powerful activist that i am, because as i arrived early to the meeting to hand out about 8 printed versions of the latest SUPERBIRDLAND! web page to various important people at the meeting (with my recommendations for the peterson field - go to: http://likroper.com/page13.html) he parked his car really fast trying to get into the building when or before i did, but i beat him to it and quickly handed out the flyers - flyers which contain links to my web site and various personal accounts of crooked cop encounters ~ as well as evidence of wildlife at the peterson field that the SCUSD would just love to cover-up...

i then left the meeting and went home to eat a domino's pizza i had just ordered, and when i returned to the meeting, for some reason mister cop came over and sat right behind me, but i got up and spoke anyway, because after all; the government is not here to abridge freedom of speech - and besides; it's gonna take alot more than an armed man to shut me up (you'll have to excuse me as i recently purchased the complete james bond box set)...

(by the way; any of you government folks out there who thought that sending police thugs down last summer; a) to harass and intimidate me and; b) to violate my civil rights by throwing me to the ground; b) then falsely arrest and bloody me up; c) after i successfully shut-down various lame attackers [cuz i'm so bad ass] with no arrests made, in a massive police cover-up; d) or even send me a jury duty letter a few days before the peterson field meeting ~ if you thought THAT was going to silence me and end my political involvement, you are sadly mistaken! - if anything; i am quite flattered the government sees me as being powerful and/or influential enough to attempt destabilization - that's a real badge of honor for me - thanks!)
